到现在为止我还没有让导师知道，怕他当成组里的事捂着，或者把犹太人喊来骂一顿了事
根据office of institutional equity和student judicial office那边的反应，这事
可能比较严重。希望这个犹太人得到该有的惩罚。
我最坏的打算是，如果没有物证认证不足以让他受到休学或者类似的惩罚，那就以法务
办公室的名义告知老板，让他了解事态的严重性，给与他压力。
真的感觉中国学生太好欺负太不团结了。跟他们说了他们很多还是和那个犹太人玩得很

司法程序的judicial review被罵了兩百多年了，
哪邊輸了，哪邊就嚷嚷哇呀你看看，民主程序表決通過的立法，
就讓你們寫寫劃劃就給否了，不公平啊，不該你們決定啊，
但自從John Marshall 以憲法條款確立了judicial review的權力，
立法執法也沒話說。當然程序也允許他們不執行最高法院的裁決，
這種情況極少，而且也需要過一個相對復雜的程序。
實際上司法的權利在三權里頭最小，
這幫人沒軍隊（執法）也沒有民主投票決議（立法），
他們也就是穿著黑袍子，以筆代刀跟立法，執法體系抗衡。

First I will cede putting my own spin on the Bush-era mantra of progressive
bloggers “proud member of the reality based community,” and let Talking
Points Memo founder Josh Marshall explain the origins of the term.
“Reality-based” was one of the Democrats’ great touchstone phrases of
the Bush years. And like so many self-identifications it started off as
derision. The phrase came from this passage in a 2004 article by Ron Suskind
