发帖数: 381 | 1 娃6个月时上rice cereal 老是拉肚子，护士说是food intorlerance。听了这里美妈们
的意见，停了rice cereal 上酸奶，果然就不拉肚子了。
但是新问题又出现了：连续4天没有巴巴（光打雷不下雨，每天都会放几个屁）。宝宝
现在除了母乳就是酸奶，以前正常时非常有规律：每天早上定时会有一次巴巴。宝宝现在非常fussy, 请问美妈们有什么办法？
这张照片是复活节时的兔子妆扮，正好今年是兔年。借宝宝版人气，求祝福，求解答。
娃他爸出去买去 glycerine suppositories 和prune juice了。我不太敢给娃上glycerine suppositories ，娃太小了.
有那位mm知道吗？在线等。。。

发帖数: 235 | 3 我们家宝宝也有同样的毛病，两个月内便秘了两回，一次4天一次9天。她倒是没有什么
异常，照吃照喝照睡，但最后我们实在是撑不住了，打了水进去，也用了削小的儿童开
塞露（好像没用，第二天也没动静），也上了prune juice。最后也不知是那个有效的
。prune juice我们1：1冲稀，宝宝一开始皱着眉头尝了尝就开始大口喝起来，喂了1oz
后没有了还大闹。吃了两三天以后，她好像老是很饿的样子，我们就给她停了。结果她
还闹了一两天，喂奶都不乐意喝了。虽然prune juice我们喝得像药一样，但我们宝宝
好像吃得很开心，估计老是喝奶喝腻了，而且尝了prune juice后她就拒绝喝水了。 |

开始每次大便都大哭，大便又干又硬.让老公去买Prune Juice,他去超市买说没找到纯
的prune juice,就买的prune+apple juice,昨天晚上给儿子喂了一些，今天早上还是拉
的又干又硬还是大哭，看着儿子那么受罪，我都急死了。
想问问各位妈妈，这种情况要去医院吗？喝这种prune+apple juice管用吗？一次
喝多少呢（我们买的是4oz一小瓶的那种），还有什么方法能缓解宝宝的痛苦呢？

1. Give the kid a steam, warm bath. it helps reduce the syndrome of stuffy
nose and sore throat. It is a great way for the kid to relax too.

juice (1 oz prune juice & 1 oz water) does not do the trick, 重量从25%下降到
7%,不饿,每天只喝20-22oz奶粉,真可怜。只有一件事感到安慰的是高度增加从40%增加
到75%。我觉得问题是宝宝肠胃不好, 便便卡在肠胃不出来, 胃口不好,觉得不饿。但他
每天都看上去很高兴,肚子是软软的。儿科医生没有任何解法, 但说一个月后可以加辅
食。
他痛恨趴着tummy time, 上肢力量比较弱, 不知道多做tummy time 趴着会不会帮助便
便。任何人有任何想法or建议可以帮助他多做tummy time?
我买衍生七星茶, 衍生开奶茶, baby magic tea, apple juice & pear juice,将于下
周抵达, 希望任何一个can do the trick, 让他多多便便。

训练小孩子自己端水杯喝。可是我还是不放心，因为孩子不是很爱喝水，每次都是我们
给他喝才喝。我嘱咐老师记得让孩子多喝水，顺便问老师多长时间喂孩子们喝水。老师
说他们snack和lunch 都会有juice和milk。当时没多想。
可是下午去接孩子的时候，他自己抱着自己的水杯含着吸管再不停的喝水，我看水杯都
喝空了。老师说是他主动要求喝水的（在家里他是很少自己主动要喝水的）。回到家就
说要喝水，晚上睡觉前喝了7oz牛奶后又喊要喝水，咕咚咕咚喝了好多水。我后来反映
过来：是不是daycare老师一般都不给孩子喝水啊？因为我记得以前有个妈妈发帖子说
，daycare老师不愿给孩子喝水，是怕老要不停给孩子们换尿布。是不是这样的啊？
还有，我们在家大人基本都不喝juice，我怕小孩子到了daycare喝了juice以后就不要
喝水了。是不是能建议老师在snack和lunch的juice换成drinking water呢？又怕老师
觉的我们太多事儿，搞特殊，增加他们的工作量？ |

校的西红柿PASTA，我中午没有吃，只吃了CHEESE面包条。
妈妈我真是羞愧。这个星期准备了两顿中午饭，已经黔驴技穷了。
1。Ham&cheese 三明治 （这个是女儿的大爱）， 俩个cutie桔子，和一个juice。
2。自己做的macroni&cheese放在thermo里，10个草莓（这个也是女儿的大爱），和一
个juice。
女儿说juice她只喝一点点就扔到trash里了。不喝juice，那带什么啊？能带酸奶吗？
还有那个在Costco见过applesauce togo好吃吗？
今天中午午休的时候还专门到safeway，看看有什么灵感，好像可以带chicken nuggets,
可是也不知道怎么配？

就是具体过程，家长避开不谈，小孩会主动去从别的途径了解。这种事情弄得神秘兮兮
，笑而不语地，跟我们那个年代就没什么区别了。
女儿4年纪时隔壁班上有个问题男孩A，不尊重老师，拒绝合作，口出淫语，自己的老师
管教不了，学年都快结束了，给塞到女儿的班上。有一天中午recess, 女儿和另外3个
女孩聚在操场上一个角落闲聊，这个班上另一个男孩B走过来对这4个女孩说“do you
know what A said to some 5th grade girls over there? He asked ‘Can I have
some of your juice?’”就这么一句话，B笑嘻嘻地走开了。4个女孩中的2个“哦”了
一声，沉默了一下，马上也走开了。女儿年纪比她们小1岁，和她的好盆友站在原地，

My son is 2.5 years old. He always eats a small amount of food and poops
every 2-3 or even 4 days. He has improved since he took Culturelle. He loves
chewable. You can find it on Amazon. Since it is probiotic and not medicine
, he can take for long term and there is no side effect. He had Miralax for
about 2-3 weeks but it did not work well on him.

地下室， 几乎没有窗子，屋子里挂着巨大的金属装饰，骷髅啊，婴儿的样子啊，大
约是佛教里的生命的意义？
这个餐厅都不怎么点灯， 每桌几个小蜡烛， 估计是整个成立最黑暗的一个餐厅了
。
菜很辣！咖喱什么的。味道还是不错的。据说整个加拿大也没有几个这种风味的。
屋子里太黑了，也没照相，所以也懒得写评论了。价钱不是很便宜，一顿下来20块
左右。不算酒的。
今天喝的酒还不错。 我那些老外同学简直不知道喝了多少。酒量不说，多少钱啊！
一杯5-7$, 他们每个人喝了4-5杯。
我今天连喝的， 带尝的， 共有以下几种：

减肥期便秘，虽然不是人人都遇到，好象的确是很常见的问题，说明纤维少了油水少了
，只要没有大便干结的问题，也不必追求天天排泄，也不必追求量跟以前一样，那不叫
便秘。但是，便秘本身对身体还是不好的，咱们还是要对症下药，好好解决，该增加
fiber的就多吃点魔芋和蔬菜，该增加油脂的就适当增加一点，比如本来喝脱脂奶的可
以换成低脂奶。顶楼说了不少了。
prunes肯定不是杨梅，干果比较象国内那种李子肉／李脯，但是我不确定。酸梅汤如果
真是prunes做的，应该也稀释了很多了，跟prune juice长得不象，味道也不同。prune
juice是深紫红色的。平时喝点prune juice或者吃点干果是不会腹泻的，我几年以前
还挺爱喝的，来了朋友，有时侯用红酒兑在prune juice里面做cocktail哄我那些不太
能喝酒的姐们儿喝，也没听说她们回去拉肚子。
国内的情形我不知道。不过我看过一篇文章，说建议减肥的人吃什么啤酒酵母片，能帮
助排便，我想那种特便宜的酵母片也应该有用吧？ |

Cranberry juice对女性泌尿系统最好，当然男人也可以喝。
阿莫西林开发出来太久了药效不行，美国现在只有牙医会用。尿路感染搞不好会肾炎，

关于grapefruit juice, 我觉得要看具体的药，以及grapefruit juice对该药血药浓度
的影响。我感觉grapefruit juice的影响有点被夸大了。一方面，它只影响那些有明显
小肠代谢首过效应的药，大多数药没有。另一方面，有些文献里用的grapefruit juice
的量很大，什么double strength, 一天喝好几次，一喝就是多少多少ml, 我觉得现实
中有谁会喝那么多啊。做research的有时候倾向于得到阳性结果。 |
