In 1854 Commodore Matthew C. Perry made Japan open by signing Convention of
Kanagawa 日米和親条約/神奈川条約 (for it was signed at the Yokohama 横浜市,
capital of Kanagawa Prefacture.
That was followed in 1858 with Treaty of Amity and Commerce 日米修好通商条約

横滨市政府25日称，产自福岛县一家农场的牛肉被供应给了全市16所小学。横滨市
官方检验结果显示，在229头牛中有12头牛体内含有的放射性铯超过安全标准，而这12
头污染牛中，有一头牛的牛肉已经被用来做小学午餐。
横滨市政府发言人说，每个小学生午餐中的污染牛肉约为30克，对身体健康应该不
会产生影响。今年7月份，横滨市所有的学校都已经开始对午餐中的牛肉进行限制，这

We were suffered from damage by severe earthquake and tsunami in
