发帖数: 21830 | 3 换x60风扇的难度主要不是那几个螺丝，难度有2点：
1）风扇跟cpu heat sink是一体的，你拆风扇也要拆heat sink,拆完后需要重新涂
thermo paste.
2) 风扇在主板下面，拆风扇要拆整个主板，主板右侧走线不是很复杂，但上面的LCD
的FPC是用kapton和Acetate tape胶的，所以你手头除了螺丝刀，CPU thermo paste外
，还需要有kapton和acetate胶布。thermo paste到处都能买到，kapton和acetate胶布
属于工业材料，在美国不是那么好买的，ebay有大概15－20刀一卷。
一句话，没做过的话还是很复杂的。 |

同，还有如何调亮度，这些灯管杂牌不但参数不对，而且电极处发热的厉害，热到都能

发帖数: 21830 | 13 孩子，那个不叫电工胶布，那玩意叫Acetate tape,耐高温的，要20多刀一卷。那玩意
比螺丝都贵了。
能用kapton, acetate tape的笔记本都属于高级货。比如wifi天线，有的笔记本设计用
塑料cage，天线的同轴电缆在塑料cage里走线，这样设计比较美观，但走线是固定的，
受张力时，比如掉地上时，很容易抽断焊点，用Acetate tape走线，受张力时tape自动
脱落，这样能保护焊点。所以thinkpad里面的天线走线基本是copper clip加Acetate
tape.
很多台湾笔记本用的都是paper tape.你说的电工胶布根本不可能出现在笔记本上，因
为电工胶布热稳定性差。 |

在凹坑里。如果用真空酯封的话，是不是在压平粉末样品后，在上面抹一层真空酯？感

黏呼呼的，不太好操作啊， 请再指导一二。现在实验室有Dow corning high vaccum
grease,请问能用这个否？
还有Kapton是什么？
