过去两个世纪里总会定期听到这样的警告：自动化科技将消灭大量中产阶级的工作
。早期最有名的例子是19世纪初的卢德运动（Luddite movement）,即一群英国纺织业
工人为了抗议生产自动化,四处找机会捣毁纺织机。另外一个没这么出名但是离我们比
较近的例子是对“自动化型失业”的担忧，1961年2月24日《时代周刊》中的一篇文章
就以此为题：
因为机器效率更高而减少的工作数量只是问题的一部分。让众多就业专家更忧心的
是自动化可能会阻止经济创造出足够多的新工作机会……整个产业的趋势是小规模工厂
完成大规模产量……服务业和办公室工作的岗位增加抵消了工厂减少的工作岗位。但自
动化也开始不断逼近办公室工作并淘汰他们……过去，新产业雇用的员工远远超过他们
造成的失业，但现在的很多新产业并非如此……目前，新产业为非熟练工人或半熟练工
人提供的就业机会相对较少，而自动化吞噬的正是这两类人的工作。

据《福布斯》透露，今年榜上亿万富翁的总资产达到4.5万亿美元，比加拿大国民生产总值的三倍还多。墨西哥电信巨头卡洛斯·埃卢(Carlos Slim Helú)蝉联全球首富，比尔·盖茨和巴菲特紧随其后，三者身家依次为740亿、560亿、500亿美元。
今年，全球富豪最多的国家依然是美国，富豪最集中的地区是北美洲。加拿大本来是美洲地区除美国之外亿万富豪最多的国家，但是今年却被巴西(共有30名富豪上榜)打败而排行第三。值得注意的是，近年来来自北美和欧洲以外国家的富豪比例有增多的趋势。

——谨以此献给我所热爱的电信，过去的，现在的，和将来的电信人
前天，从实验室出来的太晚，不得不从南一楼的正门出去，再绕到
东门去拿车，于是，一个人慢慢逛着，擦身而过的，是一群捧着板子的
男生，有说有笑，似乎是做完了实验的一群，非常愉悦的样子。突然，
丫头也想笑，想开怀大笑……是啊，多像那时的我，丫头年纪不老，
但，不可拒绝的到了大四，不想，也是老了。
于是想记下这四年，却又觉得笔怯怯的，是啊，如果，要动笔，落在纸上的，
谁知道是真实，还是虚幻。这开始，不知道将是对，还是错。毕竟，对于太多的人
来说，丫头已不是Katze那么简单。
于是，又犹豫了。
如果，不是丫头在写，或者，会好些？不知道。不过，想来想去，
丫头还是年轻的，既然是年轻人，冲动一点又何妨?好吧，狂笑两声，
丫头就此动笔了。
其实，只是希望，那些记忆中的人，不要跳到我的面前，和我算那些
记忆的帐。
因为，毕竟，我们都还走得不远。
