在美十三年，我必须说，美国政府在内政上的无能从来没让我＂失望＂，与之相反的是
美国人民，特别是那些普通个人总是能作出出人意表的事情。Pat Kelsey是南卡罗莱一
个小学校Winthrop的篮球队教练，多数美国人也不大知道这个学校，这个学校的篮球队

①从2018年初起、中国国内的传统中药将不再需要通过人体安全性和有效性临床试验。
传统中药药企只要拿得出『（古代）经典名方』作为依据、那两项成本巨高、周期漫长
的临床试验就可以靠边站了、不再是阻碍。
②只需要提供临床试验之前基于动物或体细胞的药理与药物毒性研究即可。
③这份所谓的古代经典名方清单、将有国家中医药管理局和中国食药监（CFDA）共同拟
定公表。
人世间已经没有更好的语言来形容明年年初这一政策所带给我的惊喜了。

我们这次主要是讨论摄影的众多理解，而非谁高谁低。
那次人文vs风光的讨论看下来也有收获，不过我觉得no偏颇了，可重复性的确不重要，
重要的是创新性。人文片和非人文片的争论倒是历史很悠久的，有个哥们写了本书从各
个方面（包括很多哲学上的东西）来论述这两者谁高谁低。他的观点是非人文更高级，
而这恰恰是摄影近年来开始在艺术界（拍卖市场，博物馆，画廊，个人收藏）占据重要
位置的原因。这本书争议较大，而且很晦涩。
