应该是越往下越早才行
当然电影里面为了追求情节紧张,才貌似同步(考虑到每一层的时间关系,也是层数越
高kick动作完成得越早)
其实层层递进应该是第四层kick,在第三层醒来,第三层kick,在第二层醒来。。。如此
具体例子请看富二代在第三层醒来,那是在第四层被扔下摩天楼kick的,然后他在第三
层完成了需要完成的过程之后才引爆的炸弹进行第三层的kick,然后他们都在第二层
kick结束前醒来,经过第二层电梯的kick,在在第一层醒来
光第一层kick人是不会醒来的,参见cobb,他们的kick完成前,cobb并没有在第四层死
去,但是他没有及时跳楼,所以没有一层一层的回来,于是在第一层淹死了去了limbo |

今天真的觉得有很大的突破,两次打水从来没有这么自然和平衡过。腿一点儿都不沉了
。 Kick非常小和柔和。腿打水很直。脚尖绷直。 试了几个50Yard,只有一点点喘,没
有试100Yard, 应该没有任何问题了。
问题: 做Kick Drill的时候,右腿的Kick+Rotate to Right挺自然。 但反过来做另外
一侧时,就没有那么自然了。说明左侧的Kick和Body Rotation的配合还没有配合好。

引起对内耳神经的刺激以达到唤醒睡眠的目的.
这种唤醒Kick的成功实施需要的必要条件有:
1. 在睡眠层N里必须足够内耳刺激以唤醒睡眠梦者.即有对内耳刺激足够大的Kick.
2. 意识在N+1层的梦境里必须处于清醒状态才能被N层的Kick所唤醒, 而不能是睡眠,
昏迷以至死亡状态.
当Kick的刺激不够, 或者下层意识没有准备好接收kick刺激时, 就会发生miss kick的
情况.
根据这个设定, Kick唤醒需要由深层到浅层逐层进行. |

心脏起博我的理解是为了不让他死,不是为了同步kick
还有层层递进这个,理论上应该是可以一层一层慢慢来,但是因为第一层的kick限制了
,只有坠海这么短时间,你至少要在第一层kick结束前保证他们在第二层是醒的,所以
有时间限制
音乐是约定的提醒吧
电影里虽然是上一层早,但是要考虑到1:12的时间比,我说的是在前一层kick完成之
前要保证下一层kick开始,事实上在这个时间比下,同步也是不可能的吧
不过我也在想为什么不在第二层的时候就kick先把第一层的saito搞活然后慢慢来 |

k****3 发帖数: 2770 | 16 近来一直都在练Kick serve和Twist serve,这两天收到不错的成果,所以就发一点自
己的感想和技巧。
先说说Kick serve的原理,其实Twist Serve和kick serve差别不大,只是动作稍微有
点差别。
如何让球前冲弹的很高,猛力的上旋是肯定的,但同时球过网的速度必须也要快
,还有过网时的高度要够高,这样才能保证球在过网后瞬间下坠。如果上述的能办到的
话,球猛然下坠后,前冲弹起的高度甚至达到人体的高度。如果发的正确,Kick serve
可以办到弹一次碰fence的(今天保证了近40%的kick serve一次碰fence),这样的球对
于打高压球不怎么好的人而言,很有攻击力。甚至于让对方回不出好球,然后上网一拍
拍死。
不过今天和5.0+的老黑朋友打,他那身高很认人忧闷,他站的很靠前,球刚弹起后就打
,威胁不大。不过也给他制造了不少麻烦,至少它的高压球没有打出应有的威力,偶尔
回出高球,让我可以上网拍死他,呵呵。
关于如何发Kick serve和Twist serve,两种球的发法非常相似,只是Twist Serve重左

我的理解:
过线以后,踢球方可以接球,但不能阻挡接球方任何球员的接球路线
接球方谁都可以叫fair catch,发出信号以后,fair catch队员受到保护,踢球方不能
与之身体接触,但是可以接球。
踢球方可以与非保护接球方队员身体接触(就是挤了),但不能阻挡其接球路线

c*********e 发帖数: 1389 | 21 是的,就是要让你过多的较枉一下。kick时脚不出水面这一条,对业余爱好者,踝关节
柔韧性差的不可以太教条。你的肩膀肌肉多,柔韧性差,胸廓下压入水较难,因此下肢
要靠kick来lift。如果kick不出水,导致脚上摆时水中距离过长,中和了向下kick所带
来的lift。另外,脚踝柔韧性不好的,脚不多上抬,也根本产生不了什么向后的推进。
脚出水的kick有助于提高频率,增加lift,在elite swimming的短距离中采用。 |

去吉姆已经7点20了.被告知8点就只有两条雷恩了.
昨天侧重划水,今天就侧重打水. 没想到PR了.

热身组很简单,我就是50自,50Pull,50Kick。
教练提出:
1. 我的Kick太大,让我幅度小一点。水花小一点。
2. 自由泳的问题出在我的头换气时抬得较高,我也是有同样感觉。 戴上Snorkel游,
那叫一个轻松。她叫我一直Goggle在水下。
3. 我的另一个自由泳问题出在两只手臂前身都过了中线,这样往后划水就会有一部分
功用来往外而不是往后。她让我通过戴Snorkel,Pull的时候看池底的水线,要让两只
手都不要超过水线的外延。
4. 我的手臂在Recover的时候,手离水面过高, 所以她叫我手指拖着水面向前。

alternatively, people at level n + 1 could free fall (or die) to achieve the

be able to wake up someone at level n + 1, you now need a 'synced' kick,

正式比赛 Rawler的对手很年轻 身体素质相当棒 爆发力很好 但进攻路线单一 被技术

冠军赛 胜率800多应该是UFC历史上胜率最高的比赛了?结果大家一致看好的冠军被黑
马暴打5局 最终惨遭KO
黑马身体素质和第二个例子中 Rawler的对手非常像
黑马的对手冠军选手跟Rawler也很像 就是那种拳腿都有 找不到漏洞的那种 但冠军和
Rawler的架子和进攻路线都是传统的kick boxing
黑马与Rawler对手不一样的是 不采取传统Kick boxing 架子和路线
黑马的进攻路线与日本选手的概念是一致的 手臂下垂、不格挡 背部直立、不含胸 只
靠步法躲避对方进攻 同时挤出时间差 进行反击

You can fair catch a kickoff (rule 6-5-1c), but it doesn’t afford any
special opportunity to catch the ball, it’s just a promise not to advance
the ball in exchange for not being hit.
The opportunity to catch a kick is covered by rule 6-4 and is separate from
the fair catch rule. If a player is in a position to catch the ball (on a
kickoff or scrimmage kick), they have to be given an opportunity to field
the kick, fair catch signal or no.

球还在空中,谁接得到接不到不太好说,落地了当然没问题
所以Pooch Kick的onside kick才那么流行,直接反弹一次后,大家抢。。。
做了fair catch手势,理论上就不能阻挡他接球
落地之前被抱住,相当于他被阻挡了opportunity to field the kick
当然了,所谓not in a position这种主观判断在Football里面也不少
比如uncatchable,所以没PI,
就是想知道这个not in a position to receive 是不是裁判的判断
是否这个判断是fair catch不成立的必要条件。

you have to kick high. i only saw a little bit of white water at your butt
around 14 second when your feet kicked closer to the surface.
my advice: kick with your feet completely out of the water but remember to
keep legs relative straight as now. i guarantee your butt will break the
surface. then you gradually lower you feet little by little to achieve a
good balance of streamline and propulsion. |

毛病,游蝶泳两头同时翘不怎么走水的孩子,或者水下蝶腿走的慢的孩子,多半当初

高压球没有打出应有的威力,偶尔回出高球,让我可以上网拍死他,呵呵。
第一句描述的似乎是上升期击球(低点),不过跟第二句矛盾
后往右前拉的时候多一点点。
Twist serve 击球点应该比Kick serve更靠左,而且刷的是球的左侧,比Kick serve有
更多侧旋
发力时应该是右腿为主, 身体重心从右腿转移到左腿 (右撇子)
尾部-->拍头
候会往右弹起一点,改变方向(twist serve)。
从发球者的观察角度,twist serve 球弹起的时候会往左弹起一点。 kick slice球触
地弹起后会向右偏移。
时候,最后饶出一个半月圆的轨迹后,手腕自然有点往外翻了(教课书上也这么说的)。
pronation是内旋(右前臂逆时针旋转)
flat serve 从搔背到随挥全程内旋
kick serve 搔背(内旋),触球前(外翻), 随挥(我是接着外翻,好像pro们是内旋

twist is a special kick serve. The difference is in how to brush the ball.
Kick serve: you brush the ball from 6 o'clock to 12 o'clock.
American twist: you brush the ball from 8 o'clock to 2 o'clock
If you are able to give the ball enough spin, the ball will slightly or not
so slightly change direction to the back-hand side (assuming both are right-
