相关的有美国的Segway (被国内的nine bot 收购了), 国内的骑客，还有一个华人叫
Shane Chen 的拥有一些专利，去年在Kickstarter上众筹过,目前跟美国富翁Mark
Cuban到处告状。美国的iohawk, phunkeeduck，应该都是国内骑客的代销商，骑客是
2014年广交会开始展示该产品的。目前深圳出货的大多在抄骑客的产品。Walmart欲在
圣诞期间发售，Mark Cuban/Chen 试图阻止，而这两个在告其它人的同时，Segway也向
他俩发出关于专利方面的律师信。
nine bot收购Segway的资金有一部分来自国内的小米，和一些国内的其它投资者。
价格和专利方面乱得一塌糊涂。 |

比如那个Steve LaVelle，在UIUC做到正教授然后跑到Oculus去做scientist了（那时
Oculus连kickstarter还没开始，一共也没几个人），后来Oculus被Facebook收购后他
赚够了钱又回到UIUC继续做教授，前几天又跑到华为当chief scientist了。牛到这种

发帖数: 2552 | 36 看了下这个系统有优点也有缺点，优点是可能无需permit，不一定要装屋顶，成本低。
缺点也明显，发的电得即时用，晚上等于没用，多发的电也传不到电网，另外网站上的
计算根本是乱七八糟的，计算节省的电费的时候，用的最高的tie，而且是发的电全部
利用，完全没考虑使用率，实际上可能也要差不多10年甚至更多才能回本。
还有个缺点是panel质保短只有10年，现在的solar panel质保25年的都有，小众产品技
术支持少可靠性有容考验，panel不见得是市场上效率和quality最好的那种。
最大的缺点还没说，就是目前的kickstarter project是明年才能加入的话，PV tax
credit貌似2016年底结束?也就是说得今年底就得开始申请。

大家都懂的，这年头来美国留学的多多少少的做一点代购。当然这个也是灰色地带，做
太大了还有判刑的危险。。所以就发在这里了
本人在免税州，也注册了个taobao小店，平常做些coach之类的“美国特产”。即使有
免税州的优势，也不好做，主要竞争激烈，taobao上价格都卖的低。都说代购是操卖白
粉的心，赚卖白菜的钱，我看一点都不过。
最近在吃饭的时候认识了一个很有头脑的哥们，才知道原来还可以这样做！
就说A吧，A说他代购基本都尝试过，卖coach, A&F什么的竞争激烈，要找deal买到最低
折扣的才能有利润。卖奢侈品呢，成本太高，而且关键别人也不放心是不是正品，需要
长期积累信用。今年初nike那个计步器刚出的时候，他偶然在网上看到介绍，里面说美
国150刀，国内taobao卖到3000人刀。他正好回国就尝试着卖了几个，A也没有告诉我他

分的，靠after-market来带动主要利润哈。
我指的vision，类比的话，可能算是jobs预见到用户以方式x使用手机和mp3还有itunes
,而不是2000年时的那种，这也是为什么连他的悼词中也称他是visionary。这个类比比
较让大家理解。这个vision的方式在任何产品和服务开发中都可以应用。
消费者对你的产品最终会有一个很抽象的认识，而你如何塑造好这种抽象的认识就很重
要了
另外，扯一个比较靠近执行的方向，你有没有想过kickstarter其实本身也是某种意义
上的产品推广？而不单纯只是筹资。如果你的产品功夫到位，能够上那些科技媒体，那
好处可是大大的，当然，难度是有的，要看产品了（工业设计是其中很重要的一环）。
不了解你具体做什么，所以只能天马行空的喷一点。 |

要达到jobs这种visionary不太现实。要改变用户的生活方式很难，哪怕只是改变细节
上行为方式，都是利弊难料的。
appliance工作原理上新颖，不一定用户就能够很快接受，引导需求也不是小公司能做
的起的。适当的知识营销是必须的。哪里都需要白花花的银子。四两拨千斤，希望美梦
能成。
