1. Take a deposit that will be refunded upon attendance. It is very common
for time share 'street vendors'. It is a very good way to ensure attendance

那个biopatch， blue to the sky，（不过这个东西有新产品出来了，不在有单独的
biopatch，而是在那个dressing 上面自带的一种jelly样的东西）stat lock，然后
transparent dressing。严格无菌操作，护士带口罩，病人头偏向另一边或者带口罩。
flush： 10ml NS every 8hrs，有的地方用heparin 10units lock，也是every 8hrs
blood draw： 先flush10ml NS，然后回抽，扔掉10ml血，再收集标本，最后再flush
20ml。
每次要用picc时，那个hub要用酒精patch 用力的rub 20 seconds。
remove picc：每个picc 放进去的时候都有个记载，放了几个cm进去了，外面留了几个
cm，总长度几个cm，tip是不是trim 过。这个在病人的chart里头有，或者有的floor有

The more medial one is kinked and has fluid around it due to the

steve的说法无所谓，我昨天看dvd那个人的说法是
尽量想到这个问题
因为你很多时候是无法predict你的上升方向的，你以为
你要往左，结果又往右了。昨天看dvd那个人说他攀岩20年
就见过两次因为方向不对unclip的
但是绳子clip的方向非常重要，要你harness所在的绳子那段
往外边clip，否则一fall必然unclip
其实belayer比较需要训练，啥时候给绳子，啥时候停止
还有就是给绳子防止地上的绳子kink等等
对于climber还有要注意的是要学会如果clean route
不能你下来了，一次牺牲10个quickdraw,hehe |

related with gear as well. travelling at the same speed, but at different
gear will have very different engine brake feel. eg. my 2nd gear ratio vs
5th gear ratio is 2.51:1.00. so at the same speed my 5th gear engine brake
is only 40% of 2nd. what i mean no relation with rpm is you have to choose
the correct gear at ANY time (hence why heel toe in corner).

at best symbolic, the idea of the kink is to show more "muscle" from the
rear and to imply it's rear wheel drive, and hence more "manly" or "nobler".
Many do this on their higher end models or slightly modify it.
I thought it looked really Hofmeister when I saw the pic but somehow the
front just gave me a "Lude" feel... guess should have gone w/ instinct. |
