烟花
梦里再一次闻到烟气氤氲的味道，恍然回到了记忆中小时候过年。
可以列出许多过年时候与平常不同，对于小孩来说，鞭炮大约是不可少的。大约送完灶
神以后，空气中弥漫的烟气就越来越浓。有零花钱的同伴便到小店里换几个鞭炮，在别
的小孩前炫耀；没零花钱的，也有自己的办法。可以趁谁家喜事打完一串之后，捡一些
没有爆过的零星几个。不管大人怎么告诫，在这个时候都是奋不顾身，与长大以后的
WSN们做事瞻前顾后完全两回事。
大年三十晚上，天刚黑，便听到鞭炮声此起彼伏，更激动人心的是看烟花。邻居家每年
除夕都烟花，我们便远远地，怯怯地观赏。看着一团火焰喷射而出，在“吱”地一身中
腾空而起，连头都来不及抬，眼睛像要飞出前额。多么想自己也能放一次，但看着父亲
严厉的样子，从不敢提要求。记忆里，小时候过年，父亲从来就没有放过烟花。不但他
自己没有放，而且也禁止我们放，用压岁钱也不行。
年岁稍长以后，对烟花就没有多少迷恋了。然而，每次从远方的城市归来，还未到家，
便从空气中感觉弥漫的烟香，故乡过年的味道便越来越浓。我们那些小时 |

2016年暑假结束前两个星期，我们一家四口到阿拉斯加旅游了十二天的样子，先是坐游
轮cruise, 然后租RV房车深入腹地继续探索。
第一天：游轮启航
去阿拉斯加的游轮有很多家，我们坐的是Norwegian Cruise Line的Sun Ship，从加拿
大西部的温哥华出发。 阿拉斯加的游轮相对加勒比海地区的船来说一般比较小， NCL
Sun只有十二层，但是餐厅购物医护美容健身娱乐俱全，就像一个移动的城市。乘客两
千人左右，但是工作人员达一千，服务质量可想而知。在船上吃喝不要钱， 除了两家
吃龙虾和日本寿司的高档饭店。
我们除了欣赏风景，观看各种魔术，杂技，脱口秀表演，还经常光顾图书馆。去图书馆
不是去读书，是因为那里有棋牌室，可以玩各种各样的游戏和纸牌。
第二天：三文鱼之乡Ketchikan
德州佬总爱夸耀德克萨斯州的大，说什么Everything's big in Texas，到了人家阿拉

“I had an awesome run today. I just felt really good today. You never know
what's going to happen until the day of the race. I finished in 3:10, I beat
my PR by 15 minutes. I know this sounds crazy, but I really think it was
due to less running and adding more variety along with P90X. I am sore and
will most likely do YogaX tomorrow to get some of the kinks out.”
Needless to say, I am really impressed.

-28 pull or mixer, 29-30 warmdown.
Lane 4 - how about 25 x 100 on 2:20 interval with similar program as above
