Laudry room, a kitchen storage room，a utility room. Contractor charges $35k
+。
如果可行的话,目前的花费只是$15K。有一个新的厨房（虽然小），保留一个garage 给
我太太用（否则她时不时地会唠叨，我喜欢peace，呵呵）。我自己想买($2k)或做一个
shed，手动门当作一个garage，county 管不了吧。
所以，如果可行的话，就不动garage了。 |

Also I might extend the seperation wall to the length so that the bath looks
like independent to the dinning and kitchen area.
Maybe simply flip over the whole bath thing horizontally, so the bath
cabinet is on the side of the seperation wall. |

修10年，cooling system保5年。好像还挺诱人的。

换掉自己喜欢的，不用拆装整体的cabinets。她说他们是 Smart Circle
公司，在HD宣传，并安排了明天上面的free consultation。

family room location to get the same great room as you want in the "after".
That way the kitchen has easy access to dining and greatroom at the same
time, much better than your original "after", whereby the kitchen can not

铁架子先做层base,然后在铁架子里面在灌水泥.我也找了这个contractor来包价,但是
感觉比较贵,这样做值得花这么大价钱吗? 一般是多少钱,怎么个做法?
2.另外做outdoor kitchen的问题, 是不是要牵gas line,那是不是应该在做水泥地之前
就应该牵好?如果已经讲院子都做好了,就没法后加outdoor kitchen了,不然就的把地又
挖开? |

的尺数算,大概他说平均 $6.5的样子,因为是pool company,我要做pool,所以就想在房
子周围做一圈walkway.
另外既然都要做地的话就想把outdoor kitchen做了,因为他提到了电和气.如果要有
sink,是需要单独的permit,光permit申请就要多1千多,所以他们不建议做water,因为
BBQ 就里厨房也很进.但是如果按你说的用propane的话,那实际这个outdoor kitchen就
可以以后做了,对吗?因为用的炉子不设计到要gas的问题呀? 所有要用的都是在ground
上呀.

sink. On Saturday it was working well, then gradually the water got less and
less to a point that almost no water came out. All other faucets in the
house works well (bathroom ...).
I opened it up and the aerator is clean.
Starting yesterday, the water is getting more. I noticed when I open the
faucet at one particular angle, water comes out a lot more. If I open it a

者update过的都很贵。 我们主要的要求就是open floor plan, 因为孩子们很小，家里

有时候有冰箱。 我和老公都不是handyman, 一直住公寓，啥也不懂，宝宝们又还小，

过敏娃，又厌食，每顿饭都要变着花样精心准备，喂一顿饭要一个小时。 我也担心宝
宝进厨房危险，所以理想的情况是open kitchen + gate. 你家的玻璃门也是一个好主
意。 总之是即能一边做家务，一边带孩子，同时尽量避免孩子跑进kitchen area. |

1.peninsula的话，
2.kitchen与livingroom之间的墙打掉，但是留着几根poles。。不放beam。
这两种因为通过区比较小，所以kitchen和livingroom之间装一个护栏。
我知道宠物店肯定有这类东西。。HD或漏丝应该也独有吧
但是
如果准备弄island的话，那可能就不行了。
不过，还是可以装全透明的高大上的玻璃移门的。不是那种frenchdoor。或者有种
foldable sliding doors（四块门）倒是也不错。不过这两种价格都很贵。。10k-15k
左右。。。

roof vent，现在又堵了，这下修不好了，snake只是通一个小缝，马上又会堵上，让我
们找jetter来clean管子里面的grease，查了一下价钱，至少400+。价钱不是主要
concern，问题是后院有一个sewer，我们打开井盖看到里面有脏水，记得两年前看过，
里面是干的，会不会是public sewer line堵了？所以我们家kitchen line才堵？请大
家帮忙解惑，我是应该叫county的人来看看，还是请sewer company的人来看看，还是
应该自己请人jet clean？ |

如果家里空间够大，经济上也还算宽裕，以前也没给女儿买过大的新玩具，你会买一个pretend kitchen set给她吗？就当2岁的生日礼物了？
我就是怕买了，她只是新鲜两天就算了，就不太值了。而且她也没有哭着喊着要，只是我觉得她应该会很喜欢。
而且也一直不停地给她买东西，不是衣服鞋子，就是玩具和书，怕给宠坏了。20个月的
toddler宠不坏吧？还听说啥慈母多败儿，我担心自己不懂得控制，给女儿灌输不正确的价值观。然后也总是被老公提醒不要给她买太多东西。大家给孩子买东西都是什么原则亚？
不过以前给她买过一个二手的pretend的step 2的院子，step2的车车，她一直很喜欢。哎，纠结。

It is very easy to obtain a kitchen remodel permit, I did it all by myself
following application examples provided by the city. If this is your first
time of hiring a contractor, you should definitely leverage the expertise of
the city inspector to check up on your contractors to see if they are doing
a good job.
