因为：
我家里加建时，有permit,做heating的居然做错了一个管子，害得一间浴室没有一点暖
气。当时 city 的inspector 居然没有检查出来。
后来，请了我家换暖气的师傅修了一下，中国师傅，花了300 元修好。
所以，关键是要找对师傅，而不是permit. 那permit的目的是为了大工程在卖房子时不
惹麻烦。
这个Kitchen的改建，因为查不出以前咋样，是可以不申请permit，但是水电师傅一定
要找对。 |

hood. I just called one guy and got price quote $540. Is this expensive or
just right price? Our currently the oil air from micorwave fan is directed
to the outside of house.
I also checked one guy (who is building the new house in our neighbour hood)
and was told that I only need change the electrical connector because the
new fan will need different connector from microwave. After I changed my
