是不是可以打一个单独的标语 “Shame on Kubiak”，边上另一个人举单独的牌子“
Racist”，“Racist out of school”
不要提 啥么 Kubiak 道歉不够，也不要提他号称道过歉，那是中国人的思路，哪样没
有意义。 既然他没有真道歉，那就是没有道歉，我们也不承认他假道歉，所以不用提
，否则你们会把老美搞糊涂的。
给不清楚的人要用最精简的一句话说明乍回事，不要讲太多前因后果。
直接扣种族歧视帽子，但不写在一个标语上，分两个标语（一个名字，一个帽子），两
个人独立举，别人一看就明白。
人是San Diego的。但是值得欣慰的是，我们已有23个FaceBook的朋友。我们的行动目

斗争的宗旨应该是对事不对人，尽管事是人做的。Racial slur这件事代表了UC系统中
种族歧视的
苗头。具体讲，把斗争的主题提高到，反对任何歧视，提高UC系统对歧视的防范和教育
。行动纲
领，口号，传单应该是教育人们提高防范歧视的意识，而不是对Kadiak的个人攻击和报
复。尽管
Kidak最后会受到处理，但UC怎么处理Kadiak不作为斗争的宗旨和口号，也不把怎么处
理Kadiak
作任何谈判的条件。所以既没有必要调查他的人品，也不要打出fire他的标语，因为
Kidiak本人及
其下场已不是斗争的核心问题。注意过度地针对个人的攻击及惩罚都可能引起反作用及
事与愿违的同
情。但是如果一切行动以教育防范歧视为宗旨，甚至提议5/21为UC反歧视日之类以教育
为宗旨的建

我们最终的行动目的和纲领是：
1，要求UCSD校方彻查此事。（估计校方正在做）
2，要求UCSD校方通过此事在全校进行反歧视，要平等，要种族和谐的教育（有没有再
具体点的建议？）。
（反歧视，要平等，要种族和谐。是和每个少数族裔都紧密相关的。校方无路可逃，媒
体也会以积极的态度应对，）
3，联合各高校，建议把5.21定为UC反歧视日。
4. 不在UC的，大家齐心合力让媒体多报道这件事，每次报道后，我们都有大量跟贴。
把事情影响搞大。
口号或标语要统一，可以分三个层次
1，针对个人的：
shame on Kubiak
不要提要kubiak道歉，因为他已经道歉。
不要提”不接受道歉“,要不还得解释为什么。我们已经有了更好的诉求，不用显得得
寸进尺。
2,针对校方和其他高校
Fair investigation?
No racisim
反歧视，要平等，要种族和谐 （又没有比较上口的英文翻译）

都是为了华人在美地位的提高嘛。
但是，这件事，这样的结果确实不错了。
很多时候，不是想怎样就能怎样，达成愿望的背后不是决心，是实力。
楼上说不满意的同学，你们想要怎样的结果？你们觉得还可以采取怎样的行动？
有人说要找到做这个网页的“人”，那其实是没有意义的。
你就算找到那个人又怎样？顶多让那个人写封道歉信。
应该找的人就是Kubiak。因为那是他的网页，他有不可推卸的责任。
想让Kubiak下课？这个我也想，杀一儆百，但是用什么理由？
人家校方说了，我们要先调查，再下结论。调查的结果就是这个教授不知情。
你不相信这个结果吗？那也没用，因为你没有本事去推翻。

不少次。Wade就是给他父亲打下手在oiler出道的。
去年队伍跌到6-10，老板请来老Bum给出主意，实际就是给教练组量刑，最后根据各方
