第0年,college hire, L60 -> 第1年，L61 II -> 第2.5年，L62 II -> 第5年，L63
Senior
这里指的是每周干活5*8=40小时的正常人的promotion velocity，靠加班加点混
promotion的不算哈，promotion比的是智商+水平+效率。。。 |

Windows组今年review一共涨了74个senior dev，除去L62->L63，除去老外，除去IC，
剩下的不多了。
然后按照机械master，年龄，进入公司时间等因素，查一下active directory……赫赫
不过，到底是不是真的不好说。64级的salary+bonus+stock应该不止14万（a70也应该
有155k吧？），好的62也超过这个了。这是个重大疑点。 |

某SDE，07年2月L61入职，08年L62，11年初base 107k。
某SDE，08年4月L60入职，10年L61，11年初base 95k。
11年9月涨工资后的情况我懒得问了，你自己大概估计下吧。 |

微软级别多如牛毛，升一级听起来很牛逼，SENIOR，其实拿到的钱不怎么样的。
