時報點名批評何韻詩後取消，事件被BBC、紐約時報和金融時報等多間國際傳媒報導。
香港多個政黨及團體7日聯署呼籲全球杯葛蘭蔻母公司萊雅（L'Oréal）旗下品牌，要
求萊雅集團解釋事件及道歉，最少16個政黨及團體8日會到萊雅在時代廣場的辦公室抗
議。萊雅香港辦公室位於時代廣場，據悉該公司表示8日會休息，以避開抗議及不會收
信。

綜合媒體報導，社民連、人民力量、工黨、公民黨、香港眾志、新民主同盟、民主黨等
16個政黨或團體聯署，呼籲全球罷買萊雅集團旗下所有產品。聯署指出，這次蘭蔻的行

Lance Armstrong否认吃药否认了10多年，从最初被爆料到被USADA查出来差了将近10年
。最后调查的记者出书了，30多个人指控才定了罪。别忘了，2010年美国司法部还查过
Lance armstrong，结果case被drop，连个解释都没给。
菲尔普斯没被查出来服药之前当然不能说他服药了，但是5年或者10年后被查出来服了

dollars , but petro yuans and rubles. We can no longer simply use threat of
sanctions and tariffs. We can negotiate but must treat our peers, even those

。这几天看了一些关于残疾孩子和流产的帖子，我忍不住想说几句我自己的经历，也算

我女儿快三岁了，又漂亮又聪明，可是，她不会走路，而且永远也不会。她患有SMA (
Spinal Muscular Atrophy) 。这是一种genetic disorder，由于基因缺失身体无
法制造一种蛋白，严重影响她的运动神经元和所控制的肌肉，导致肌张力低下。SMA是
一种罕见病，发病率仅为万分之一，由于我和我老公都是携带者（我们都不知道，也没
有家族史），我们的孩子有四分之一的几率患病，我的女儿很不幸。
但是幸运的是，我的女儿不是最严重的情况。Type 1，也就是最严重的情况，孩子一般
不会活过两岁。我女儿属于type 2，医生没说能活多久，只是告诉我们，最终依靠仪器

lancets，下周三的飞机，今天包裹到了，结果……居然missing了lancing device，少
了这个，其它的都怎么用啊……而且搞笑的是receipt上面这个item被黄色highlight了
，不知道是缺货还是什么。去网上看了一下，明明还有货，反倒是血糖仪没货了。打电
话，结果那边6点ET就关门了，周末还休息。只能去店里找了，周一还得打客服。第一
次在CVS网店买东西就这么不靠谱。
另外，抱怨一下老美对自己店里的规则一点都不懂，最近一次在walgreens上买东西，
东西寄错了我大老远跑去店里退，cashier不会，叫店长，店长来死活不会退到credit
card上，问我store credit可否，我问这个网上可以用么，他不确定就打电话问，然后
告诉我可以用。于是我就拿了store credit，回来发现根本没法用……还得再去店里才
能用。就不能靠谱点么，这么基本的自己店里的policy居然都不知道。
算了，抱怨完了，还是乖乖的去店里把该买的都再去买了。哎。 |

宣布暂时停止SCA5在众议院的议程，Ed Hernandez将在听取更多意见
修改后再行提交。这是全体加州华人的一个阶段性胜利，值得庆贺。
SDAAFE前段时间的主要工作是征集签名、与77选区众议员Brian
Maienschein的办公室主任Lance Witmondt进行了会谈、并将于18日
与78选区众议员Toni Atkins的办公室主任Jason会谈。下阶段工作重点
将转向呼吁本地公民尽快注册共和党选民，用选票来向民主党表示实际
的抗议，并争取配合其他地区及组织一同在今年的众议员选举中让民主

本人无海外留学工作经验，CS 硕士，8年工作经验，目前在北京混外企，同时自己经常

作(like free lance或独立顾问）。工作收入税后约30+，free lance这几年大概都是
每年到手
10w+,可以做得更多，但是经常在时间上与工作冲突，只好转手。
现在拿到硅谷一个工作机会，年薪9w $，当时对美国的税、房子、消费没概念，同时很
想拿到签
证，因此也没有bargain，现在做了一些homework，感觉这个收入可能不足以保持相对
轻松的生活
质量。这个工作是support性质，有overtime pay，但是个人感觉 hour rate太低，才
43$/h.
本人有家庭，5岁小孩，考虑小孩教育，认真考虑美国这个机会。但是不甘心offer谈得
不合适，请

Went to watch the start this morning. Weather was ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE.
49F, pouring rain, 20+mph wind.
got a close glimpse of Lance Armstrong, Floyd Landis, Hincapie, Boonen,
Cancellera, etc.
here are a few shots I took in the rain.
BTW, most bikes are on either SRAM RED or Campy Record. 11-speed is every
where. Laden -- we're wait for your first 11-speed hottie. |

he can ride fast OR slow.
you don't need to be passing bikes and cars in a school zone, nor do you
need to 狂蹬. you might think you are lance armstrong, but lance armstrong
does not ride like that.

This is 2004, about 4-5 years AFTER Lance started the winning binge. The
commercial value of Lance alone, and the USPS team, would give them enough
money to buy drugs.
Plus, there is not evidence other than a mere allegation that the money is
linked to doping.
Selling sponsored equipment is not cool, but it doesn't guarantee it's
doping related. |
