肉夹馍过夜或放久了凉了，吃起来没有刚做好的那么酥脆好吃，在这里我告诉大家一个
小窍门，绝对和刚做的不差上下。方法是；将凉肉夹馍1个放在微波炉打10秒（不可超
过15秒），再放在烤箱烤或放在平底锅煎1--2分钟即可。肉夹馍的特点；“肥肉吃了不
腻口，瘦肉无渣满嘴油。不用牙咬肉自烂，食后余香久不散。”吃肉夹馍，可以自己选
择腊汁肉肥瘦。一个朋友对心理学颇有心得。声称从选择腊汁肉中可看出人不同性格：
选择有肥有瘦，西安话“肥瘦”的是普通人，为人平实，做事中庸；
选择“纯肥”的人情感丰富，喜好幻想，易于激动
选择“纯瘦”的人脚踏实地，做人沉稳，目标明确
选择肉里还要添勺肉汤的人精于算计，适合理财，谈判工作；
选择“优质”，即肉量加倍的人讲究生活品质，懂得善待自己

老狼果然是很牛，今年又亲眼见证了一把。laosan和exercise第一次上baldy也都表现
很勇猛。
c2c之后休养了一周，今天头半程状态还可以，不过体力还没完全恢复，所以今天没有
太push自己，后面的魔鬼爬升没骑。
下周可以开始骑车commute了 |

heard the nearby KickHorse is better. Little Ferny, White Water etc. at the
west side of Rocky should be more fun.
It's hard to have the right snowfall/temp/radiation combo. 1/3 of the time
being good is good even for famed resort. E.g. Patrols at JacksonHole cried
for snow for months last year before the dump end of march. Yet it has to
close on April 5.
