western。我觉得对付削球和低平球，关键是脚步得到位。我反手侧对付削球和低平球
不是太好，如果对方球质量比较好，一般只能削过去。正手侧比较到位的话，可以用
windshield wiper拉上旋拉回去，如果比较被动的话，就用纳达尔的reverse forehand。 |

最近讨论涉及approach shots比较多。所以剪辑了一些跟球友的
approach shots，不过请不要转载。
球友一发二发都很好，所以我经常回浅然后被虐。而我的发球又很烂，
被attack的很凶，综上所述，很难break球友，自己保发率也就50%
左右，所以基本每局只能拿到2，3分的样子。最近打过5局，好像只
break过他两次。其中一局发球状态保持不错，正好又break他一次，
混到了6：6，然后又脆败了。
先奔下回球浅了被球友狂虐的吧。

球友是东方式传统正手，击球很平，球速较快。球友正手approach
shot大量采用open stance，感觉他的击球隐蔽性很好，不容易
预判方向。等看清楚方向时已经多半来不及到位了。感觉对付他
必须打深并压反手，或者抢先强行攻击，可惜很难保证成功率。

really like an old hand, I can learn a lot from his game philosophies.

protective on their backhand, and are very good are inside out or inside in,
thus it's hard to get to their backhand.
I find it's actually easier if you can hit cross angle to their forehand to
start off the point. Problem is if your cross court lands in the middle you
are dead meat too. :) In your case, being a lefty... I'm not sure how that
would work...
As for Laosan, just focus on your game. :P |

and weight transfer add more effortless power to his shot, good when he is
not under pressure and have time to setup, or go for a kill.
His left arm is a dead weight, and not enough shoulder
turn, power and pace mostly from arm and weight transfer, not from body
rotation.. whoever coaching laosan, is not doing a good job.. hehe.. |

turn and/or body rotation at finish. The stroke and topspin is mostly by arm
.
Use Laosan as example (he's a nice and famous guy ^_^), his stroke start
with racquet down low, drag forward then lift. Shoulder turned a bit at
prep but doesn't turn at finish. This is
Fakepro consider as shuaqiu. I would still say it's topspin shot with some
glitches in the stroke. Also you DON'T need to be a 4.0 to achieve this shot. |

－ 老三要的是成绩，即使打法WS也无所谓。其实打法WS没什么错，就是刷呗。关键是
要刷对了才行，才能实施WS的打法。所以打法可以很WS，可以刷，可以push，可以下手
发球，可以drop，可以lob，但form一定要对！至于form如何对法，众位高手就可以深
论下去了... |
