既然从天亮开始播放，为什么不播放到天黑？
根据天亮的速度，人在广场上移动的速度和旁边烟柱的速度，除去中间放慢的部分，大
约1:200？
50秒，实际是10000秒，也就是不到3小时。算我估算的不准，留些余量，2-4小时。
DC天亮是6:30左右。也就是这time lapse满打满算拍到了10:30。

而那次是活动摄像，起立蹲下比较多，而且还上台发言，比较兴奋了之后有小段lapse

我去年九月搬出纽约，insurance转到现在州，所以纽约的自动过期，十二月收到DMV来
信说，lapse超过90天所以牌照和驾照无限期suspension，并且需要立即交回车牌。因
为一直忙，现在也还没来得及拿到新州的驾照和牌照。前两天去现在州的DMV问，驾照申
请也被NY block，所以情况可能比较麻烦。
我前两天已经把保险转回纽约，但insurance公司那边说不能回头cover之前lapse的保
险，所以仍然处于suspension状态，现在想想，当时真是太傻莫名其妙把保险换了。
想请教的问题是：还有其他途径suspension可能被取消吗？
如果不行，交还牌照后还会suspension多久？这个时间是从DMV下suspension order(十
二月)开始，还是从我交回车牌（比如明天）那天算起？无论如何，现在怎么也是半个
无照驾驶了，但如果现在交回车牌，就立刻处于一段时间无车可开的境地，所以也想看
看大家有什么主意。
