背阔肌
最近肩膀和脖子比较紧。自我诊断,没用背阔肌LAT,全肩膀发力。
我觉的用LAT在抱水后发力是正路,LAT最大的背肌,力量,耐力都远大于肩膀。听说最
关键这样不容易受伤。
我心中的TI的发力靠转体,其实转体就能更多用LAT。不转体,不送肩,没有足够的前
伸, 很难用LAT。 我感觉Shinji用LAT很好,所以看似很轻松。
用小臂的人,看起来比光用手的人游起来轻松。
用大臂的人,看起来比光用小臂的人游起来轻松。
用肩膀的人,看起来比光用大臂的人游起来轻松。
用背LAT的人,看起来比光用肩膀的人游起来轻松。
(把次换在网球上我觉得也成立。)
要练大肌肉发力,小肌肉也得练,来保持骨骼关节平衡。
我昨天才刚开始疯狂注意LAT。尽量想着LAT,Squeeze shoulder blade together on
the back. 但是到底用上没有还真不知道!
自我感觉,如果手前伸是离水面低一点(沉的深一点),容易用 LAT。回想Terry好像
在YOUTUBE好像提到过,手臂前伸贴近水面,容易对肩膀有过大的压力,特别对成年人

回答你问题之前,我先啰嗦几句原理。
所有运动的原则是整个身体作为一个unit, 并且由skeleton muscles主导运动。力量
的传递应该由脚后跟,大腿,屁股,lat,肩膀,手臂一条线传递过去, 效率才高。可
是身体由各个活动的关节串联,要保证身体作为一个整体,保证力量的直线传递, 就
需要body tension, 把各个关节lockout,维持身体super stiffness的状态。
运动中,大腿,屁股,lat等skeleton muscles是运动的主力,手臂,肩膀等只是起辅
助作用。 要保证这一点,同样要用tension把关节lockout,把skeleton muscles 和辅
助肌群连接起来。 同时还要保证weight在body frame 里面. 这就是所有所谓form的原
理。理解这些原理了,任何动作,你就会自动了解需要什么form,有哪些要点。
pullups也是一样,用到的主要肌群是lats,肩膀手臂为辅助。所以pull ups要注意pack
shoulders,tighten armpits, 把肩和lats串起来。力量需要直线传递,所以要把手

干活要紧
因为有个项目得把tweets plot在google map上
不得不碰ui,所以这个时候dart就非常管用了
当然vert.x也很好用啊,我用vert.x做个server
然后ui发送request给vert.x,vert.x收到以后,发送一个request到couchdb
或者cassandra这种,然后把结果收集到,处理一下,反馈给ui
很爽的说,dart+vert.x是绝配,很容易搞
vert.x+spark+cassandra这些也是绝配,很容易搞

之间的纽带,是weight的载体,可以设想成连在身上的架子,是支撑weight的。这个支
架只有紧贴着身体,靠身体的力量才能撑住weight,如果离开身体,就可能会被压断。
jerk时,手臂紧贴着身体,靠下身把手臂连同weight bump起来;swing时,手臂贴紧身
体,是hip把weight和手臂一起project起来;DL时,手臂要贴紧身体,tighten armpit

问个老问题:关于press from lats:
以前问过这个问题。原理似乎明白,收紧肩关节以使手臂和身体成为一个整体。push
body away的感觉我觉得也理解。但是在C&P练习的时候有些疑问,刚从rack position
开始的时候可以感觉到收紧lats,但是在press的过程中lats感觉是完全放松的,这个
对吗?另外下落过程中active pull的感觉怎么也找不到。有没有什么窍门?

从address拿到lat long本来就是geocoding的一步
现实是address validation这步就很麻烦
然后你要lat long,我这边有个多边形 你说放哪里 是靠路边一侧呢还是算一算放质心

用google map api获取当前位置(lat,lon)
然后存到内存中去,找个内存数据库吧
mysql也行
然后计算出50miles对应的lat范围
同样计算出50miles对应的lon范围
然后汇总后再用google map api计算dis
最后reduce,不过我觉得没有必要算得这么精确
直接根据50^0.5计算lat范围,以及50^0.5计算lon范围
然后满足这两个条件的就算是附近的人

而且回头看楼主的贴
人家已经说了有一个rational db
直接在db里面弄两个indexes表太简单
你弄其他spacial的plugin,麻烦死你
还都不知道有还是没有,index只要是db,丫就有
没有的话,弄死它
自建tree都显得多余,index简单直接
index建好之后,一个select的where clauses就差不多搞定了
是我直接上index排lat/lon的序
然后画正方形查找,如果对方鸡婆,非要圆形区域
那其实我也不用那么麻烦,就把所有数据显示在地图上
然后把这个圆形区域给画出来,是否在这个区域内,用户自己去选去
如果不在区域内,我也给你标示出来,用户爱选不选
这个思路你从twitter的public api就可以看出来,twitter就喜欢给你方块区域
尤其是streaming的api,现在不知道改了没有,但是我们当时用的时候
主要还是用方块,来获取tweets,twitter就偷懒了,就是按照lat/lon做切割
所以最重要的是如何转换楼主说的50miles -> lat/lon的范围
因为不同地理位置,经度应该还好,但是纬度改变会有差异
