随手找了一个世行的数据，是1960-1976年的。你也可以找出联合国的数据，用1950年
的数据替代1960年，结果一定是一样的，那就是中国人口增长人数最多。

岛后尘，在经济和政治风暴的冲击下倒台。拉脱维亚（Latvia）也是第一个在金融危机
中倒下的东欧国家。
据《联合早报》报道，拉脱维亚总理戈德马尼斯20日向总统呈辞，但在新联合政府
成立之前继续治理国家。戈德马尼斯在2007年12月上台，不过，该国正面临1991年脱离
苏联以来最严重的经济危机，并且在上个月发生暴乱。
拉脱维亚人口有220万，2004年加入欧盟之后，拉脱维亚、爱沙尼亚和立陶宛三国
的经济成长在欧洲名列前茅，从而享有“波罗的海之虎”美誉。如今，拉脱维亚的经济
却是欧洲最糟的。
《纽约时报》称，财政部官员指出，截至上个月，拉脱维亚国内生产总值下降10.5

据来源是世行。中国年均GDP增幅是5.22%，在这104年个国家里排到44位，算是中上。
作为对比，同期世界各国GDP增幅平均为4.96%。
也就是说，在中国仍然搞计划经济的这18年里，在中国拿出大量人力物力财力开发大杀
器的时候，在中国大搞阶级斗争文化革命的这个年代里，中国经济增长速度依然是高于
世界大多数国家的。如果这样的经济也能被形容为“陷入经济崩溃边缘”，那岂不是全
世界大多数国家都已经掉悬崖里摔死几遍了？
再来看第二组数据，同样是世界银行的数据。选了1980-2008这28年。中国GDP年均增速
高达9.91%，是世界同期平均增速的近三倍，在全球所有国家里遥遥领先。所以说，改
革开放也不是说一片黑暗，光看这个数据就很喜人嘛，至少优于1961-1978年期间的表
现。所以说，批判改革开放的时候，也要承认改革开放的确是有成绩的。当然现在的突
出矛盾是，没有人要否认改开导致经济总量增长，只是对这个经济增长的代价巨大感到

阿三全国人口有多少？高等教育的人口有多少？高等教育的老师有多少？
薪水过高恰恰妨碍高等教育的普及
就是重视教育，尊重知识，教师薪水高于美国，是中国的近20倍。
