Nobody other than Federer/Laver etc who has iron wrist can use wrist
using heavy racket. It's natural to hold tight. It's a way to prevent
injury.
A lot of wsn can use wrist when using a 10 oz racket. Without using it
your ball is so lack of pace or spin.

-you shouldn't be using wrist to hit the ball anyways, power mainly comes
from legs, hips, and back. you keep wrist loose so you can transfer that
power into the shot. The tighter your grip, the more injury prone you are...

什么open/pro混合时期。
真正混合的是56-67年，此时pro不允许参加GS. 此时普遍认为pro冠军
比GS冠军厉害。Laver 62年包揽4 GS, 第二年参加pro, 仅2亚军 1 QF.

在拿过十个满贯以上的人里，他的天赋在federer，sampres，dejokovic，laver，borg
里，肯定不算高的。
而他的成就只比federer一人低，就更说明他后天的努力和毅力是这群人里最值得佩服
的。这也是原帖想说的。

拿工作来看，20几岁要独立创出一片天地，30几岁要和几个人合作做大一点的事，四十
几岁要管几个人。
豆子呢，19到27岁主要拿大满贯，全满贯，金满贯。现在人生阶段不同了，要努力做代
言人，赚广告费，做 role model。我上礼拜去欧洲出差，从中欧到西欧，到处是豆子
的广告。你看他手上那块橘色手表，85万美元一块，就是做广告用的（BTW，豆子一点
不爱惜，弄丢一块，另一次差点又丢了，好心球员找到还给他）。
再做几年，广告费都难了，就开学校，做慈善（又继续露脸）。五十岁了，就从政，做
议员。80岁了，就学Laver，每场球必到，还露脸，上镜。
所以豆子心里有底气。 |

发帖数: 4163 | 27 老费最大的问题就是有个苦主，从2008 nadal巅峰开始（指所有场地，之前年轻只是土
场厉害），所有场地（除了室内硬地一次外）都赢不了nadal。
小德赢球肯定不如老费砍瓜切菜，但也没有苦主。
其实小德最dominant的时期还是2011年上半年直到温网结束，现在都没有那会儿厉害。
可惜法网被federer阻击，否则2011年会是Laver之后，网坛一位选手最dominant的一年。 |
