A voter-approved gun-control law due to take effect Saturday, banning the
possession of magazines that can hold more than 10 cartridges, was blocked
Thursday by a federal judge, who said it would violate Californians’ right

“The right to bear arms includes the right to keep and carry ammunition and
magazines holding more than 10 rounds for those arms, for both self-defense
and to be ready to serve in a militia,” U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez

7 Traffic Laws That Are Commonly Broken
According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, there were over 5.8
million traffic accidents in 2008. Most of these accidents were caused by
failing to obey traffic laws.
Here is a list of the 7 most commonly broken traffic laws. If you follow
these laws, the likelihood of having a traffic accident or getting a ticket
will greatly decrease.

If a dog, without provocation, attacks or injures any person who is acting
peaceably in any place where the person may lawfully be, the owner of the
dog is liable in damages to the person so attacked or injured to the full
amount of the injury sustained.

我现在考虑申请09年的law school(大概09年初phd毕业)。

Ivy

In order to improve the capacity of marine law enforcement and safeguard
marine rights, China plans to build 30 vessels for marine law enforcement in
the next five years.
China has a vast area of seas, but the number and the tonnage of vessels for
marine law enforcement are both small. China's fleet does not meet the
standard of one vessel per 1,000 square kilometers and there is a huge gap

On April 28, 1996, a gunman opened fire on tourists in a seaside resort in
Port Arthur, Tasmania. By the time he was finished, he had killed 35 people
and wounded 23 more. It was the worst mass murder in Australia’s history.
Twelve days later, Australia’s government did something remarkable. Led by
newly elected conservative Prime Minister John Howard, it announced a
bipartisan deal with state and local governments to enact sweeping...

New Mexico, nicknamed the Land of Enchantment, is also a land of equality
for same-sex couples, at least in the opinion of several Santa Fe city
officials.
The city’s mayor and other leaders held a press conference today to
announce that they believe nothing in state law prevents the issuance of
marriage licenses to gay couples, and they want to pass a resolution urging
county clerks to begin granting the licenses immediately, the Santa Fe New
Mexican reports.
“It’s time to push this issue,” May...

of course it is not up to me. There is a thing called precedence cases that
are the part of the law. Since this law is not enforced at all, there is no
precedence to define the terms. The term in my understanding is what is in
the many other law precedences using the similar language like in the
traffic law. You can shit whatever you want. But people will not stay dead
listening to your white Arizona GOP dads defining what it means.

Alberta Law Would Ban Homeschool Parents From Teaching Against Homosexuality
Written by Dave Bohon
If you want to witness the eventual direction of “diversity” in America,
you may want to take a long look at what is happening in Canada. Under the
new Education Act poised for implementation in Alberta, Christian schools
and homeschool parents would be prohibited, as part of their academic
