或娶一个人，你得到的是另一个家庭，一个和你完全没有关系的家庭。当然表亲之间的
婚姻不在此列。
你怎么会期望这么一个家庭会像你自己的一样对待你，这是奢望，不实际的奢望。你和
他们，他们和你之间，更多的是保持理智，保持距离，保持礼仪。
你不能奢望你的in-laws会像对你的另一半一样对待你，虽然你可能对他们像对自己的
父母一样。
举我自己的例子，我妻兄在不惑之年焕发第二春，虽然还没离婚，但我岳母已经开始在
物色人选。初步定位为小护士，虽然洒家馋的流口水，但是我能得到这种待遇吗？流流
口水而已。
如果你的in-laws过来帮你们代孩子，一定要按照请人的标准来对待，就当他们是尽心
的babysitter罢了。总的来说，还是请人看孩子的收益好一点。你可以按照自己的标准
养自己的孩子，不会被in-lwas按照史前的方法来照方抓药，对孩子的发育不利。
所以，没条件就不要生孩子，更不要他们来带孩子。有时间，有经济条件的，可以邀请
父母们来旅游，玩一玩，短时间里，大伙其乐无穷，这样不好吗？

从数据pattern看，其中实批数据应该是当月的所有类别485的数据，包括EB,FB等等，
Preadjudicated数据应该是累积数据，因为逐月增长。见附件。
最近两期，在title里面加了EB字样，估计是OH-Law为了博眼球故意加的，但其实不是
EB only。否则，每个月批2万EB，12个月岂不是要24万EB了？

需要投票的law是congress+president level， 准确的说是federal level 的act。
这届政府通过，下届只要投票够也可以改回来。 即便通过了， 场外也可以直接告到
supreme court。 参见这几年的医改等等好了。
如果supreme court 作了什么决定，甚至判决违宪， predient+congress 就是100%
majority也没用。 那需要referendum 才能overrude.
regulation, policy都是成不成立看诉讼结果。 没人告，就一直成立， 被告了，输

最近的压力，1. 是有个同事差点miss 掉4个deadline，都是当天转给客户，一个是non
extendable的due 前4天转给客户，我一直觉得这个同事说非常认真，非常努力的人，
不知道为什么出了这么大差错，她的解释说系统没docket上，或者换秘书，但是这些不
过都是借口，file都在office里面，自己就没有个数吗？结果被fire了。
2.还有个同事，刚来就被fire了，背景相当好，而且之前一直recruit他，结果来了不
久就被fire了。我一直觉得他是个潜力股，来了应该会重用的。
3. 客户方的压力，这个就太long long story了。我是客户的垃圾桶，出气筒，还得干
