我把自己这两个多月找analog电路设计的工作的经历写下来，希望对大家有
帮助。
先说说我面试的公司，我在7月初开始修改简历，然后把简历放到网上，期间收
到了这些公司的面试，AMD, NXP, Cirrus Logic, Intel, Intrinsix, Micrel,
Zarlink，3家小公司M/R/S.其中只有一个公司把我拒了，拿到了其他全部公司
的offer。另外拿到了TI和Qualcomm的on-site的面试机会，不过没时间去了，
就婉拒了。另外Atmel完成了电话面试之后说会给我消息，不过我已经没法等
了。还有一个比较奇怪的Analog Device的面试，他们没有工作位置，但是一
个部门的经理对我做的项目感兴趣，给我电话聊了一下。
下面我讲讲面试的一些经历，但愿对你们找工作有帮助和提醒。

发帖数: 121 | 16 周五onsite，面的是数模混合的芯片验证，大公司。个人感觉比较tough，从早上8点多
到晚上快七点。几乎都是模拟方面的东西。还问了很多layout的一些问题，比如如何提
取parasitic的R C加到Pin中，如何在layout中保证Mismatch最小等等。
1-1面了一个部门CTO，若干个经理，一个组里的engineer，最后还加了一个HR。剩下的
时间都在hiring manager的办公室聊天。
个人感觉一对一的面试还可以，但是最后的Panel presentation有个地方讲错了被指正
出来，还有一点犹豫了一会儿，后来hiring manager说这两点表现不太好，总体还可以
。一到两周给通知。
Anyway，感觉做模拟电路的验证或者设计类的职位，他们更加注重分析实际问题的能力
。而且面试中一般的问题都是课上没有讲过的，但是在面试官的引导下可以一步一步找
到解决方案。希望上面的面经对于打算开始找模拟硬件方向的MS们有用。
个人感觉比较悲观。。。第一个onsite就算积累经验了，祝大家好运~~~ |

弄啊，一段时间不弄就算看了书也记不全，而且很多东西都忘了。
网上挂了简历，recruiter打电话过来，说找java developer。谈得很开心，她就立马
给我发了个online test，说大概10分钟的题，都是选择题。
之前因为复习了core java，不过只是抓重点的看了看。结果online test的题就问得很
多细节的东西，33道题做了大概20多分钟，和recruiter预期的10分钟相差很大。
题目大概如下之类的。很多细节的东西平时工作编程也用不到。需要的时候也都是网上
google一下。
java JPanel default layout？
JFrame的default layout？
一个程序能又是java app又是applet么？
继续努力了。看来找工作真是个重新认识自我的过程。。 |

there can be more than one instance of one function on the stack, either
direct or indirect recursion.
Allocate some heap and stack variables, check their addresses to get the
idea of memory layout of heap&stack.

发帖数: 731 | 48 其实说风水就显得迷信,但是如果说layout和环境就容易被人接受一些.偶刚看房子的时候
只看的见房子的那些特实在的指数---房间数目面积什么的.后来就开始注意到周围环境房
子layout等是否和谐了.
给第一个offer的时候就想着面积大了,虽然也觉得周围环境不够舒服,但没太在意.后来后
悔了,多亏那家嫌我给的低一直考虑所以我就backout了.
给的第二的offer,环境是好了,可是当时也觉得有点别扭,后来在网上随便看了点有关风水
的东西,才发现最让自己不舒服的是那个房子前面在一个土坡上,后门悬着,总有种无依无
靠的感觉.当时那家人想再等更好的offer,所以偶又成功backout.
上星期看到一个房子,挺好,可就是有一点不好:每层的厕所都在正中间,就象一个直角坐标
系的原点位置,然后每层四个房间就在坐标系的四个象限.这个房子卖的比较便宜,很快收
到了offer,可是这个星期似乎给offer的人backout了,因为这个房子back on market了.
还看到一个房子,偶特喜欢,可是LD不太喜欢. LD不看风水什么的文章,但是因为那个房子
是在一条路的尽头,正对着这条路(象前面一 |

What if specifically this house is not overpriced?
Among all the houses, 朝向 & layout of this house is top 1, condition top 1.
No other house with similar layout and condition falls in our price range,
not even our budget + 200K...
That is why so 纠结....
Anyone concerned by 葬礼 pass the door, etc.?
Are there ceremonies that start at 4am etc.?
Will they frequently sing in the church?
Will the church 敲钟？how frequent, or maybe depends on the church?

这个房子对我们来说，是要大动或是tear down的。我喜欢这个房子的原因是学区好（
虽然孩子不用那里的学区），邻居的房价也不低，地点对我们来说也很方便，房子的
layout比起其他同样年龄的房子来说更现代一些，open floor, 玻璃门和窗户多，方便
我改成自己喜欢的comtemporary style。我是铁了心的要自己喜欢的风格和自己喜欢的
layout，不然换换地板刷刷涂料就可以搬进去住了。 我们只是计划住个10年，8年，等
孩子大了后上大学我们卖了再搬，房子的价值那时候也不会低到哪里去。
我们找的这个agent确实是比较慢，主要是她现在做很多training，经常1天，2天的要
去讲座。可是她人很好。哎，不知道要不要拉下脸换个算了？
确实不知道如何出价。一般出价都是怎么还价的？按％吗？像我的这个case，我们在湾
区。 |
