勇士这两年，是因为先进生产力太牛逼也罢，是因为全是同行的衬托也罢，是运气也罢
，总之几乎是一路高歌从胜利走向胜利，两年下来真正的考验就是今年西决，除此之外
最大的困境就是1：2落后？
所以球迷也觉得勇士一发力对手就躺下了，球员似乎也觉得，虽然这两天不停的说“不
能放松”，但到了场上的确实不好看，日天昨天感觉连三分出手都比平时慢，就算是伤
病影响吧，进攻打不开但别的地方起码要跟上啊。更糟糕的就象espn那俩废话篓子形容
的，尽管大家对日天的lazy pass已经是习以为常了，但昨天他更加的lazy。。。

家的网球爬梯，也很羡慕你们那里有那么多球友。其次发觉大家说着说着就说道双反的
好处。当然双反有很多比单反强的地方，我让我儿子也是练的双反。但我想说的是不可
否认，双反需要年轻，需要跑得动, 随着年龄的增大, performance 下降得要快一些，
受伤也更容易一些。
之所以我写这贴，是基于儿子打网球时的两件事。说说给大家参考：
1）他的俱乐部10岁以下的都是双反。所有的教练都很反对他们打反手削球。理由是打
削球会让他们习惯于不跑到位，be lazy. 从这个观察我能得出两个结论 a）打双反需
要更多跑动，需要好的体力来避免lazy，需要年轻。 b)这是为什么双反的pro 削球总
比单反的差一些的原因，练的少一些，晚一些。
2）最近儿子在一些比赛里，对手打过来弹得较高较远的反手球，他习惯于站在那里
force it, 而不是退后一点或跑到离球近一点让球落到hitting zone 里再打。教练有
一次当着我对他说，你这样打还不如现在开始单反。从教练说的，我能得出一个结论就

I think my main problem is I am too rushed, swing is not relaxed and don't
hit the ball cleanly. I think with my shitty footwork and 210 pound weight,
