1. penal code 没说 ”买“ Large capacity magazine(LCM)是非法的
但也没说”买“是合法的， 没说是非法的也不一定就是合法的， 这是我的理解
这也是bird 同学最后的意思
2. Fedora 同学说的拆成kit买是合法的， 但是进加州的时候就要是kit 如果是成品
，
拆成kit卖也是非法的
3. 问了2个我的同事（一丫持枪历史较长， 另外的一个的兄弟也是有长短枪的）
说买也是非法的， 但是都说你要是买kit， 或是改装了也没人管你的

all. If I have to pick one area to enhance on, it would be her open turns.
She seems to be pulling in, took a long breath and her head was a bit high
above the water.

turn but don't know how.
I can only swim basic breaststroke, but after almost 4 years watching her, I
can tell what is wrong (most times) but don't know how to correct.

strokes: butterfly, back, free and breast. It would help if you have the
fractions/time of each stroke so you can keep track of her improvement on
each stroke. I believe her swimming is fine but the difference is in
strength/pull.
Let us work on her breaststroke since she would gain the most. Please pay
attention to width of her knees on her "whip kicks". It maybe a bit too

She likes long distance and all strokes (not really breaststroke since she
is not good on it). The best events she like are 400 IM and 200 Fly. but we
know you must be good on breaststroke to be a good IMer.
Very happy decided to post and ask for help on this board (潜水 long time
but finally created the account mainly for this board).

发帖数: 251 | 32 She took swimming classes from YMCA around age 7, join YMCA swimming team
about 9..then swimming club team @11 and now she swims 5 or 6 days a week
about 2-3 hours each time.
What I learned these years is your kid must love swimming otherwise no one
can force them. Then both parents and kid must make the commitment to
support it (I always told her that I work harder during weekend than my
weekday :-)
BTW, I don't expect she will become professional swimmer, but I wish she can learn from this spo |

No, we don't. I would like to have one extra that can help her to correct
the stroke, but it is quite difficult when you have 6 times practices
already (her group has 5 times a week but her coach suggest her to take one
extra time with upper level).

Do you know what does it mean 一级 and 二级 in china? 市级省级?
For USA Swimming, it has Silver, Gold/JO (Junior Olympics), Zone, Sectional,
Junior National, etc. Right now my daughter is about between JO to Zone
level for her age group (13/14 Girl).
It is interesting to notice that China 二级 is roughly about 11-12 JO level,
while 一级 is about sectional level (or little below YMCA National).

低三级，业余的不少也能达到。但是二级要难的多。
在国内有个二级证书能高考加分之类的，另外也算一个专业人士，以后从事这个行业也
有点底气。

Today is a small meet without relay. However it is normal for her and others
in the team to swim three events (plus relay if any) everyday for one, two
or even three-day meet. And even worse, for a bigger meet, if they make
final (for 13 and above), they will have to swim again in evening.
The reason she gave is the dry-land on Friday (with high-level group) is too
difficult and she is not used to yet..
