的腿抬起来了。人的身体，胸部因为是最空的地方，就是那个大浮子。因此，上身下压
，能够抬高腿部。
Leading arm下沉，对身体有个引导作用，可以让上身下压，换来腿抬高。Leading arm
下压，也创造了上身下压的空间。反过来想，leading arm高举或者用力平着往前伸直
，上身下压就很困难。
还可以这么说，在水里，身体的支点是在胸腹之间，用力下压一头，另一头就翘起来了
。当然，腰部要用力。但我感觉腰部其实不用太大的力气，主要是上身下压。 |

老印，人事斗争比较多，但是我比较超脱，跟顶头老板关系很好。
眼下情况是这样的：本领域眼下正是红火，我做的是红火领域里比较niche的学科交叉
区域。
自己第一份工作起步薪水较低。所以现在仍然只是below average。 几个月前拿了一份
别的公司给的offer letter要老板match (加25%)，老板拍胸脯保证年底match，号称如
果没有的话他从自己的工资里给我。结果年底告诉我说今年部门performance不是太好
，全team都不加薪只给我加，但是也只能加10%，剩下的加不上了。如果还不满意就自
己拿offer letter去找VP谈。不过又挂上一个胡萝卜说过1-2年大概能提principle.
其实眼下手里有几个offer还有正在谈判中的offer，几个startup不考虑，有一个
Fortune 50的tech lead offer，钱能再涨个几万吧，但是人家公司里位置细化更严重

mobile测试组的，如果有经验的，希望不吝赐教。
主要的concern是：
1，lead的职位bar是不是很高，
2，QE的工程师面试的内容是不是跟普通工程师差不多，如果有差，会有哪些更细的方
面问。
3，面试的是一个salesforce的director，一般这种级别的面试官更关心的是求职者哪
个方面。
P.S.本人已经两年开发经验，阴差阳错转到测试。
