想来想去还是发在ME版比较好，等会我自己会转去working，jobhunting，michigan和
ohio四个板。
这是一个比较资深的职位，需要至少3-5年经验，最好5年以上，要求对汽车气动力学,
CFD模拟和汽车风洞实验都熟悉。这个领域比较特别，临时看些SAE paper和网上的PPT
是装不像的。这个lead是个high profile职位，很多职能和manager一样，很多东西需
要你自己拿主意，怎么做CFD，怎么做风洞，什么要keep in house, 什么需要
outsource，所以希望你最好有5年以上经验，我本人有几年在三大aero的经验，会在旁
边尽力协助，但是最终目的是有一个独立的aero team。

老板不在的时候)，然后现在老板人不错，升职加薪放假什么的都很给力，已经说好年
底给升职加薪发包呢斯。工作基本上钱还行活少人不累，直接report给老板和vp，能见
度比较大，问题就是我现在是一个人remote，长期看来好像对个人发展不是太好，比如
做manager不太可能让我一直remote，我又不想搬回HQ
现在收到隔壁iOS组的邀请（本地组），想让我转过去，基本上这一转的话就从team
lead变回individual contributor，但是好像可以学些ios的东西也蛮有意思的。不过
这个组有20个人估计可能不太容易stand out。然后大的领导层变了几乎完全不认识组
里和上面的人，而且自己所有的iOS经验来源于公司开的4周bootcamp，iOS组里面已经
一堆senior，一段时间以内想要像以前那样快速升职估计够呛。主要看中的就是可以写
iOS的东西。
最终的目标是想要自己开startup，所以觉得写点production的iOS代码还是有益于身心
健康的。

compliance. 发现根本就是个joke，seller在2002年作了deleading，只花费了$2800，
方法是用无铅油漆把含铅的表面盖起来，然后号称只要不破损，就是de-lead的房子。
我怎么觉得这个事情这么怪异。既然号称怕小孩子咬木板铅中毒，那么盖起来有什么用

biting into the the wall. Wall is not tatsty and kids are not curious enough
to bite it off.
For an old house, there may be many layers of paint since the 1970s when the
lead paint was banned. You should be okay in most situation.
If you are still unsure, the best way to address the situation is to add new
drywalls. It is actually less costly then trying to remove all these layers

脱落粉化，问题不大。可是我们要准备把厨房浴室大修一下，会动墙的。那样的话，风
险大不大，有什么解救措施？找卖家让他把所有lead based paint都去掉也不现实（很
贵）。 |

是石棉材料。我们想搬进去之前做大规模的装修，厨房和所有的厕所要重装，还要移动
几面墙来扩大厕所的面积，所以很担心会把lead dust和asbestos fiber搞得到处都是。
大家有这方面的经验吗？是不是要先请专门做asbestos的contractor来做assessment
and removal？我在网上看到的建议还有装修完了要换air filter，用high efficient
vacuum吸，及whole house wet wipe-down。感觉真麻烦呀，如果真是这样，我们也许
就放弃这个老房子了。

要是inspection发现有lead是完全不能住了?

disclosure
告诉你之后，他们要你签字，他们存档，表示他们已经尽了责任，你已经知道了他们告
诉你的情况
同时，你在人家告诉你这个实情之后，可以考虑决定要不要这个房子
要么你说你担心，不要了
要么你继续交易，表示你要们不在乎，要么在乎但是自己负责后续处理，总之以后你不
能因为铅的事情找他们麻烦，他们已经告诉你了
你可以让人家出证明，但是希望渺茫，因为做个full house lead inspection挺贵的
当然你可以要求人家让你自己出钱做，不过就看人家同意不同意你做了，卖家可能没兴
趣等你做，或者担心做检查要破坏性取样，或者担心做出结果是有，他们必须明确告诉
下个买家有铅不能含糊的说不知道
