申请成功了。
新泽西的医生一般给开的假是前4周，后6周共10周。按due date填就可以了，这是医生
决定的，你无权修改。如果生晚了，还可以请医生按实际生产日期延长。如果早了，你
不就多赚了产后几天假么，偷着乐就行了，也不用改什么。
这10周的假，必须首先用自己积攒的sick day来cover，薪水会全额发放。cover不了的
，由temporary disability来cover，发薪水的60%，最多$590/week（记不清具体数据
了，自己查吧）。如果法律规定有1周gap没有pay，那就谁都没有办法规避。我家是LP
单位HR弄的，我不太清楚有没有gap。
生产6周以后，如果身体不适，可以请医生接着开病假条，接着用temporary
disability。如果身体恢复不错，但还想继续在家休息，就只能先用自己的vacation/
floating holiday来cover，薪水全额发放。如果假不够多，只能是unpaid leave或者

但是好像没有查到说，保证工作3个月？这3个月是结束后还是maternity leave + PFL
那总共的12周呢？

发给我的w2表，表上16. State wages, tips, etc.这项跟box1的一样数目。问公司hr,
hr说要pay federal tax, might not need to pay state tax, ask tax advisor. 我
问了tax advisor,说w2上16是全额就是要付的，我就很难过的付了（真的有点难过，休
假的时候大家都告诉我这个免税）
可是最近看加州的EDD,不是说third-party-sick-pay不用付州税么？
已经过了报税期了，还是希望可以弄清楚，如果错了还可以要钱回来不是吗？

和HR商量每天折几个小时PTO然后拿到Full的Parental leave。或者先休完full paid然
后修无薪价claim parental leave。如果你的full paid是按小时算的可以商量每天不
发8小时发6小时拉长休。
老中不要把钱看得太重。娃的美好时光一消即逝。多少Bonus、RSU、promotion也不补
回来。以后你有多少身家都是娃的。不bonding以后娃拿着你的财产在坟头骂你。 |

发帖数: 873 | 24 其实ResiCort里的有效成分就是1% hydrocortisone，皮炎发作的情况下这个药效不可
能持续得了一礼拜，我观察在皮殿身上基本上只管用两天，早先只用这个的时候只好每
周洗2-3次澡。而且这个产品是当护发素设计的，用之前洗澡可以促进药吸收，另外猫
全身都有，就算不爽也是全身都得舔，火力分散 －－ 我觉得这个leave-on对狗来说还
行，给猫leave-on结果就是都舔吃掉。如果给Lucky洗澡困难的话倒不如直接用topical
hyrocortisone cream擦病处呢，一般一天擦一到两次。猫用的topical cream不像护
发素那样有香味儿，猫会比较容易接受。
另外在猫能舔到的地方干抹ResiCort也好别的外用药也好最好还是带上伊丽莎白圈儿或
者穿衣服，除非你抹完盯住了不让他舔，过一会儿把药清洗掉再放开自由活动。我有一
次就是抹完药没盯住，结果我家皮殿生生把刚结的痂舔掉了，后悔死我了。我理解你不
想随便给上口服药，不过喵星人这种生物用外用药可是不省心。

就是根据工作的小时数乘以一个系数得来的，这个系数大家不太一样，比如工作长的系
数就高，full time的比weekend only的高。我是full time 每周40小时，每个pay
period（2周）可以攒8小时pto。所有的病假，vacation,holiday 甚至今天labor day
，一律从这个PTO里出
maternity leave:
从due date 开始算，如果生了孩子马上打电话update出生日期，然后从那天开始算。
第一阶段：前7天时waiting period，用pto
第二阶段：然后short term disability开始，一般是顺产6周，剖腹产8周，除非有特
殊情况的话医生需要开证明。举例子如果是顺产6周，根据工作年限（我工作了2年多）
，这6周里的前2周是100%，然后剩下4周是60%，但是可以用pto补齐到100%，这个自己
的选择。
