自己，但可以很大程度预见未来。

1. Lehman在9/15/08寿终正寝，那时候的SP大概在1200点，大概25% Below Market
High，已经是熊市，但还是温和的熊市。那以后，SP又卸掉大概500点。
2. 回头看，不要抹杀美国政府，Fed，和TARP的作用- 政府出手挽救AIG，是避免全
盘崩盘的决定性一击。市场最恐惧的整个银行系统的崩溃，这是Oversold的主要因素。
3. Mar 2009- 前面一度传言CITI可能国有化- 然后是不错的一个季报，整个银行系
统崩溃忧虑解除- 牛市开始。

公司歷史追溯至1844年，当年23岁的亨利．雷曼（Henry Lehman）自德国移民到美国，
在阿拉巴马州蒙哥马利开设一家名为H. Lehman的乾货店。商店在1847年当二弟埃文尔
（Emanuel Lehman）到来后曾改名为H. Lehman and Bro。幼弟梅亚（Mayer Lehman）
在1850年到来后，公司正式易名为雷曼兄弟（Lehman Brothers）。
三兄弟由早期接受棉花作为易货贸易，短短数年间发展成为公司的主要业务。隨著棉花
交易中心由南部移至纽约市，雷曼於1858年在纽约曼哈顿开设第一间分行，由当年32岁

CLEAN，结果如下。发现这车在08年2月生产，08年2月入DEALER，08年4月换了RADIO，

请高人帮忙看看这个HISTORY有没有问题和疑点？查了KBB，估值约10-12k？感觉这个要
价偏低？是否值得入手？

。如果比较TOTAL ASSET，TOTAL EQUITY，AIG的ASSET远高于EQUITY，AIG可以通过
Chapter 11重组过渡，可以卖掉部分ASSETS。Lehman借债太多了，ratio of assets to
owners equity达到31:1，已经无法重组了，华尔街可以通过让Lehman破产而得到
