但骑虎难下只好硬着头皮往自己挖的坑里跳。后来发现中国阿联酋新加坡什么的国家有
钱又没经验，于是高喊此地人傻钱多速来，跑到中国什么的软硬兼施要求救济。
如果中国真的出手救济，可能的结果也很简单。如果美国度过危机，政府可以挣一笔大
钱，中国人也可以捞到很多好处。如果美国人耍赖，中国人会吃一笔亏，但美国的信用
没了，对世界的统治也就快到头了，这就是温总的言外之意。真到那时候中国的好处就
不是用钱能算出来的了。把眼界放高一点，跳出受害者的思想，少计较一城一地的得失
，把自己当作成长中的领导者，就可以看到另一片天空。
美国人也不那么短视，搞东南亚国家可以，跟欧洲联合搞日本可以，搞现在的中国就得

易给你有题材。
CDS的市场容量到2007年是$62 trillion，但到现在美国暂无法例监管（原因是CDS主要
是投行间的交易，政府认为投行很清楚该交易的风险,这是WSJ上所写的），不说别的，
单AIG一个公司的CDS就cover了$440 billion的债券，而且大部分都是亚洲债券。如果
美国想搞死你中国的话，他根本就不需要出售去救AIG，AIG一倒，亚洲的大企业普遍都
会default，这场金融混乱就足够让你中国忙上一段日子啦。
至于看不看到问题其实并不重要，重要是如何去解决问题，就算美国政府2年前看到问
题，那该如何解决？按照今天的方法，弄700B去救济吗？现在都pass不了的法案，2年
前能pass吗？此外，为什么美国政府会让Lehman倒，而去救二房？Paulson当时说过，
如果他出手救Lehman，那么Detroit那帮汽车商就会排着队来找他。政府干预在2年前是
绝对的行不通，那让企业本身来自救？如何自救？

%，爆仓的
机会也不多，而且做十支当月可以承受2支爆仓；如果做10%其实风险就已经不大了，可
以承受一
支爆仓；1%的话即使碰到金融海啸也不见得会有爆仓的，而且又是分散操作，就算爆它
1-2个也没
关系；另外，看大势，几年之内lehman倒闭的情况不会再出现了。何况这种事有先兆的
，次贷危
机当时已经嚷嚷一阵子了，lehman倒之前股价也已一塌糊涂了，绝不是可以做的对象。
那种不会
倒的大盘蓝筹就算受金融海啸冲击，一个月内跌幅还是有限的。这个可以去做一个基础
性研究，
比如你想做到1%的spread的宽度有多大，过去30年内这支股票有没有从OE到OE的涨跌幅
度超出这
个宽度，如果算上互联网泡沫爆炸、金融海啸在内，从来没有过，那么这种操作基本就
是安全
的，爆仓的可能性低于0.1%，而且我又是分散的，几十支蓝筹股一起做，全年来看，爆
个1-5个，
对全年收益无太大影响。 |

Every bank needs enough capitals to meet the required operating ratio. If
not, they'd be on a margin call to raise capitals. Lehman managed to swap
some of their toxic asset for short term cash and then use it to shore up
their balance sheet. Once the capital inspection is done, Lehman swapped
return the cash to get their toxic assets back. |

直白一点来说，就是市场平均成本的问题。
比如AMZN从$95跳空到$110,这里面有巨量交易，接盘的在价格回落到这个位置的
时候，自然不大愿意卖(除非是大环境恶化或者基本面发生根本性改变),那么就可以理解为这个区段就是支撑。
至于阻力,一般是两种,套牢筹码密集的交易区,人的心理很容易说"TMD套了一年，
一出水我肯定卖",另外一种就很难定义了，就是像AAPL这种不断All-time high的，唯一的阻力可能就是看Take profit的人的野心有多大了。但市场有涨也有跌，比如AAPL涨到$300,愿意卖的人开始比愿意买的人多,股价回落到$220稳定住,那么下次上升,$300就成了很大的阻力区，这种情况就转化为第一种了。
从大市上看，为什么现在不断的在强调Pre-Lehman, Pre-Lehman,就是因为在这个区段有巨量的套牢盘，冲破要很大的力量，但换个角度看，所谓阻力冲破变支撑,
一旦冲破并站稳，就会形成一个支撑区。
从操作上来看，比如跌到支撑区，比如AMZN$100,胆大的就可以捞底了，然后设好
STOP,比如$90,一般来说胜算就比较大， |

你是问institutional 账户。虽然和个人投资者没什么关系，不知道你为什么问，但是
请看以下。
SPIC基本是cover retail 投资者的一部分。超出部分就不管了。现在没有法律规定
broker不能挪用客户的钱。所以那时Lehman风传资金出现问题的时候，客观都疯狂挤兑
，导致Lehman 加速破产。如果broker出现这种情况（大量占用客户资金且倒闭），那
就没办法了。巴菲特好几个broker。发现情况不对就把钱转走呗还能怎么样？
交易者是损失，损失谁来承当、
纽交所交易额现在很小。即使它要关门，很久以前就会有别的交易所来合并了。即使不
是，交易也会马上转到其他交易所。

The same reason why gold was attacked prior to the 2008 Lehman crash.
PIIGS + Morgue = bigger mess than Lehman. PET wants to scare people
away from the metals and into the Treasury market, otherwise the FIAT
currency could crash.
Cannot really tell where the correction will end (another 4-7%?) so
don't do like all in kinda move. PET is having an upper hand now.
COT charts are already positive for the metals, tho. |

而Elon Musk 的工作是为公司盈利。
这两者各司其职，并不矛盾，大空头Chanos也肯定了Elon Musk做出的杰出贡献，但是
作为他的工作就是要找到市场overvalue的股票然后做空，所以就算爱迪生乔布斯当CEO
他也要做空。
为啥Elon非要盯着做空的人不放真是令人费解。阿里巴巴一度也是被做空的很厉害，但
也没见马云出来怼。而且也没有啥公司因为空头太多而影响经营，即便２００８年
lehman倒闭，很多人虽然诟病空头对金融公司信心的影响，但是最后的调查结论就是无
论有没有空头lehman都撑不下去。
另外，空头也不是说就盼着TESLA失败,(虽然确有部分人士这样想）举个例子，假设有
个公司发明长生不老药，但是还没发明出来，市值1Trillion. 那我肯定希望公司成功
，但我一定会short他家的股票。这很难理解吗？
空头做空有自己的模型，空头错了自然有市场去惩罚，作为ＣＥＯ整天恨人家干嘛呢？ |

then i ask so why you ask me to come here.整个面试不到一分钟。
第二次，n 年后，又去lehman，进门后，manager看着我的resume，说：i don't think

To answer your first question -- because stock market is legalized in every
state while the casino is not.
The pecking order of bulge bracket banks were Goldman, Morgan Stanley,
Merrill Lynch, Lehman and Bear Sterns. It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone
why Bear went under first, followed by Lehman and Merrill. Morgan Stanley
also got weakened while Goldman stands still. Now you know who's the real
boss. |

1. 读经济学博士第二年,也就是2007年底,我一位同届同学在Facebook找到一份工作
.当时还可以兼职,待遇不错,给不少股票.我们都是学经济的,还是同届,所以一次聊天时
他提到他们组还需要经济背景的人,感兴趣的话可以推荐我,应该没什么问题,毕竟小公
司么,找人还在靠关系阶段.当时真的没想到Facebook能发展的那么好,认为只不过是一
个小创业公司.硅谷多了去了,没啥前途.而且我的方向是宏观,也就没怎么在意.可惜错
过了.后来那为同学放弃PhD,在Facebook一直工作到上市之后.现在想想,如果当时去了,
可能现在的净资产会高很多.
