board asking opinion on which area to buy house.
People start to say house price is unreal and unsupportable, while on the
other hand a lot newie started to look for investment house. Also, agents
from other states started to promote investing in their market.
If history repeats itself, there are 3 more good years before lean ones
arrive.

2002, it does not seem to have a lot such event. maybe the flash trading
can be counted as one?

technically Lehman was still asset positive, it just didn't have the cash to
satisfy all the bank run).

can be counted as BS. before than, 87 financial crisis is another good opp.
but the lehman bros etc thing seems to me is expected. everyone knows there
are big issues ahead due to sub-prime loan. just it is hard to say how bad
it is.
anyway, you mean it is worth while to wait and take adv of such things
before the next business cycle low point arrives?
