Mossberg 500C 20 gauge。 $247

A 12 gauge shotgun should weight around 8-8.5 lbs. If it's too light the
felt recoil would be hard to handle.
Stay clear of PGO (pistol-grip only), those are hard to shoot; or any of the
recoil absorbing stocks. They are either spring loaded or hydraulic, they
may reduce some felt recoil, but too much rearward movement of the gun means
improper cheek weld or get smacked in the face by the receiver.

Running is a skill that requires practice to master. Learning good running
technique is crucial to running well, getting faster and staying injury-free
. Using the Core Running technique develops an efficient and strong running
style.
The Core Running method focuses on seven key running characteristics:
1.Footstrike,
2.cadence and stride length,
3.body positioning,
4.lower limb mobility and elasticity,

Cool down
Cooling down after a workout is as important as warming up. After physical
activity, your heart is still beating faster than normal, your body
temperature is higher and your blood vessels are dilated. This means if you
stop too fast, you could pass out or feel sick. A cool-down after physical
activity allows a gradual decrease at the end of the episode.

Several studies contend that flexibility affect RE (Godges 1989, Gleam 1990,

gravity, less strength, etc. of course the difference is very subtle, I don'

Flexibility for Swimmers
The best swimmers incorporate flexibility training into their regimen for
two main reasons. First, as muscles are stretched, the individual fibers

flexibility training helps to increase the muscle's ability to pull you
