But, the returned result is a negative number.
It is overflow ?
The file have not more than 5 billion lines.
For an integer (4 Bytes), its max range is From −2,147,483,648 to 2,

with the table in database.
I only need to know how many lines the file has, I do not need to open the

运行./exec后进入interactive mode. 我就可以输入如下的命令来运行各个task.

Parsing command line比较简单，我只要split into token，在调用getopt来parse。
我遇到的问题是我不能想shell一样输入<-（left arrow）, ->(righ arrow)在command
line里面左右移动，也不能按Up arrow, Down arrow在之前和之后的command history里查
找，也不能按Tab来实现auto-complete，如果按arrow显示的是^[[A之类的乱码。
我需要添加些什么才能实现这些功能，有什么source code可供我参考吗？或者有什么
现成的library我可以使用? 我也用一个Berkeley的Linux下类似的程序，但它可以实现

editor is invoked by default. How can I disable "pico"? I prefer editing

to do that? Also, when I used that kind of way to put headline in the

to do my post-processing job.

cells. But since it is a cell line, there must be some mutations, like p53
mutation.What is MDCK?

A-line,5个胸穿，5个腰穿，3个腹穿，3个关节穿刺和5个pap smear.
建议刚开始的intern们作procedure前，一定要看好NEJM的录像，讲的简明易懂。下面
只是本人的一点体会，希望大家一起讨论。
先讲讲central line,只是在ICU必做的procedure,分为femoral,IJ,subclavian,因为
femoral line的高感染率，除了紧急情况，一般不会首选，我本人比较喜欢IJ,特别是
有超声波，成功率超过90%。无论做那种作之前都要摆好病人体位，找一个自己最舒服
的姿势，刚开始最爱忘的是saline flush，最好和护士和你的上级事先讲好，不要等到
换好衣服后才想起来。我的习惯是做procedure前把needle,guidewire都从kit里拿出来
按顺序摆放好，做完后第一件事就是扔掉所有的sharps.如果不养成好的习惯，很容易
被针扎到。如果你的senior是个急性子，你也要沉住气。越是紧张越容易出事。
关于IJ的并发症主 |

PICC line (peripherally inserted central cathete)一般通过头静脉和肱静脉放入
，放PICCline需要certification,一般是护士和IR做。主要适用长期abx的病人比如
osteomyelitis,endocarditis.我们这里因为护士采血，碰到胖的病人难扎的病人都放
PICC line.放好后护士会叫你看XR确认位置。再就是declotting PICC line，一般用
alteplase 2mg.记得一个intern写错了dose，他order了40mg alteplase,还得药剂士跑
来以为是acute stroke的病人。

MANAGER找我谈话的重心是我忘了PRIME LINE，说这样要是空气进入静脉很危险，我
FEEL GUILTY，但我说了每人都会紧张尤其是病人情况严重，RESIDENT都在现场的情况。
在这个CASE里，如果我UNCLAMP LINE，空气会不会进入静脉？病人会不会有生命危险？
