清理不用的东西，在版上试着出出看。
1.白色Roland Micro Cube, 买了两年左右，一直就是放卧室练习用用，除了落了些灰
尘，其他没什么问题，我肯定会把灰尘清理干净。所有附件，盒子之类的都在。ask
for $80 OBO.
2. Line 6 Toneport Ux1 声卡，可以用pod farm实现低延时录音。跟roland
microcube差不多时间买的，平时就拿来听音乐用了。效果器有了POD HD 500这个就用
不上了。 现在想换个好点的声卡用，所以把这个出了。另外可以给你POD farm 2.5的
破解版，前段时间我在版上发过一次。所有附件盒子也都在 Ask for $75 OBO.

For an integer (4 Bytes), its max range is From −2,147,483,648 to 2,
147,483,647.
So, I need to design a script to count the number by dividing the result
with 1000 ?
If yes, please help me with how to design the script in MS DOS.

到hashmap里。
但是leetcode上似乎有人加了一个test case，三个点
[0,0], [94911151, 94911150], [94911152, 94911151]
这样的话算出来的斜率用double是一样的，实际上这三个点不在一条线上所以出错了
用的是java,试了BigDecimal好像还是不行，这种情况怎么处理呀？大家指点一下。

需要每两年就清理一次。这个问题很严重吗？树其实不算大，长在街边，不靠房子，但
正好影响plumbing line。
如果这个问题很严重我们就放弃了，想上来问问大家，毕竟房子周围有树挺普遍的，如
果不严重的话每次清理要花多少钱呢。

的那片空地是长
长的一条很整齐的绿地，非常担心是power line。下班后发现不是，但是地的边上立着
小牌子写
着“natual gas line”“private property”etc。
我觉得好处就是这块地以后绝对没人拿来盖房子，所以自己的后院很清静的说。想了半
天，也想不出来
这个有什么坏处。除非管道爆炸了，我家蹦飞了。但是这种天灾人祸也不用太考虑吧。
大家有什么建议

1.5%，看来还不是最好。

HELOC = Home Equity Line Of Credit。
如果你有房子的话，可以将房子的Equity借出来。比方说，房子价值100万，你有个40
万的loan，那么你有60万Equity，中间的一大部分可以借出来。
现在银行的通常做法是总贷款额只允许你借到Value的75%。用上面的例子，你的总额是
75万，那么扣掉40万的First loan，你可以借出来35万。
在房子火爆的年代，通常银行都让你借到100%的Value，不少甚至还可以让你借到105%
，比如2005，2006年的时候。也就是说那时候，上面的例子，你可以借出600K-650K。
HELOC的好处是，你如果不用它，你没有成本，比方说你开了个600K的line，但是不从
里面借钱出来，只放0 balance，那么你的利息就是0，也就是没有cost（有的program
收个50刀Annual fee，that's nothing |

发帖数: 7142 | 35 我做前院草坪的时候多做了一个 drip zone, PVC pipe 伸到后院。
但是一直没有用上，闲置。
这个是前院的 Valve Box.
Main line 都是 1 inch 的。
后院有另外 3 个 zone, 本来后院花坛是后院一个 zone 控制的。
目前计划吧后院上花坛的管道切断。
这个就是上花坛切断的部位，为了找这个管道挖了很多地方。
两头要分别堵上。（PVC slip end cap).
然后花坛的原来的管道接到前院的闲置 drip zone.
水平的管道注意是被切断的，垂直那条 PVC pipe 是刚刚加的。
用 90 elbow 接入到原来的管道。右边的那一小段就废弃了，
因为靠墙，不想哪里出水。
然后花坛以下的管道就是另外一个 drip zone.
这样后院草地既有两个喷水的 zone, 又有一个 drip zone.
现在种菜方便，以后要改回种草也很容易。
刚刚试过，花坛的出水控制已经能用了，现在就是要接 drip line
了。用 iphone 遥控 irrigation 开关就是爽。 |

价值。一般给贷到最多 70% CLTV (1st mtg + Line)/prop value。利率现在大概都是
prime rate + 1-2%。在房地产最高峰时，一些大银行给借到 100% CLTV，利率是
prime - 0.5%，非常疯狂，楼市哪能不崩溃
开Line 没有什么费用，不过不到3年关掉的话，有大概300-500百的收费。 |

loan是贷款，每月都要交月供直到你付清。付清之后如果再借需要重新申请一遍。
line类似信用卡，有借款才付利息，没借款就没利息，可以随时根据情况借或者还。
我想从现在房子里面pull钱出来做downpayment在买个房子。但是被告知，只能用home
equity line of credit做，不能用home equity lo........

用卡，他们需要至少四个credit lines. 其它的状况是我H1b签证，I797是2014年9月到
期，有两年的W2表，信用分数720+
贷款broker的解释是他们是把贷款卖给房利美的，对条件审查比较严格
