跟lip glow一样昨天才拿到的，这个用自带唇刷取了点到Q tip棒上，再用手指涂试色
的。没有直接接触过。这个的包装盒买来就是有点压坏的。

用lip gloss好了。干嘛用口红啊，口红显成熟。lip gloss，浅色的，粉色的，都会显
出润泽的样子。lip gloss很多，sephora自己牌子的，就挺好用的。

I went to the skin department, and the doctor gave me a prescription. The
medicine she prescribed was desonide ointment(I hope I didn't spell it wrong
, I googled desonide, it is a new word), and the doctor also suggested me
to use 100% Vaseline (also called petroleum jelly) on my lip before go to
bed. it really helped. After two times, my lip was almost recovered. I
hope it can help.

（1）右手的拇指可以差不多横过来，推在笛子的差不多正后方稍下一点点。
尤其是在有 thumbport 的情况下，向上托笛子的力量可以仅仅靠摩擦力。
这样姿势更自然，拇指接触面积也更大。而且容易防止拇指托在笛子下面
那种错误的姿势，这个错误的姿势会导致拇指向前推的力不够（一旦加力
推，笛尾会向上翘起来），从而过多依赖小指。但小指是按在键上的，需要
不时放开的，对笛子的稳定只能起辅助作用。
（2）左手腕关节可以更 bend 一些，这样可以让左手食指与手掌的那个关节
差不多与水平面成 45 度角，笛子就托在那个斜面上。这样右手拇指的推力
正好在这个地方产生一个向上的托着整个笛子的大部分力量（笛子很轻，不
需要太多力气的，呵呵）。但这个地方是在笛子重心偏左一些，所以实际上
是会使笛头微微上翘。不过长笛的演奏正需要 lip plate support lower
lip 的，这个 support 的力正好由这个提供。但是要记住这个 support
lower lip 的力量是演奏发音音色需要的，不 |

1）z2长期霸占把持板斧一职，玩忽职守，公权私用，言语攻击威胁其他id。confused
坐视不理，监察不利，助纣为虐，处事不公，滥用权限打击封禁其他id。
2）z2低俗无聊，偏执狭隘，尖酸刻薄，对不和己见的帖子肆意谩骂，多次攻击赶走有
争议的id。纵容维护家属id，威胁其他id。
3）歧视攻击非les群体及id，把les版搞成一言堂。多次攻击gay，已婚人士等。自以为
是，刚愎自用，对形婚帖子肆意攻击，对疑似已婚人士，大妈等友同人士持有偏见。
