自己单位的美国律师：Perm (EB1比较risky，可以later看情况再走）
Liulaw: NIW(excellent chance),eb1b(reasonable chance)
FYZ Law: NIW (fair), eb1b(wait to build up more evidence)
Victor Chen: eb1b （can qualify for accept or refund service)
Jingchen Law: Perm (backup), eb1b (fair good case)
菜鸟问题：
我当时问的都是perm还是eb1b，为什会有律师建议NIW呢？我理解的区别主要就是niw我
可以其中换工作而已，还有别的难易区别么？
我总是觉得美国律师过于保守comparing with 中国律师。。不知道大家怎么看？

delays in the Texas Service Center (TSC) that has recently started to
randomly transfer some pending I-140 cases to the Nebraska Service Center (
NSC). "

2015年4月22日，移民局监察办公室（The Office of USCIS Ombudsman）在休斯顿召集
律师会议，就移民局的工作听取相关律师意见与建议，以便6月30日向国会提交年度报
告。刘宗坤联合律师事务所的Sabrina Schroeder律师出席了会议，并与移民局监察员
就近期TSC（Texas Service Center）出现的问题做了沟通。
移民局监察员向出席会议的律师表示，监察办公室已经获知过去9个月TSC在审理I-140
时出现大量问题。其中主要问题表现在如下几方面：
一、 审理速度明显放缓；
二、 审理质量下降，审理错误增多，否决本应批准的申请，批准本应否决的申请；
三、 审理标准宽严不一、前后矛盾的状况愈加突出。
四、 发放离谱RFE的现象明显增多。
据移民局监察员讲，监察办公室不久前已经就上述问题与TSC领导层面谈，而且正在安
排更多会议，商谈改进事宜。

3000好便宜呀 。 。 。是一半3000还是全款6000呢?
貌似他对weak case有一套 到是没听过可以退费
我当时只找Wegreen跟Liulaw评估过 我觉得只要律师靠谱有朋友用过其实都差不多 |

武断，所以查去了：

being filed at the TSC is starting to increase after a decline during
the last fiscal year. TSC currently is receiving approximately 4,400 I-
140 petitions and 1,000 I-485 applications each month.”
不知是否笔误？Ｄａｓｈｂｏａｒｄ的数据显示４８５收件量为每月５０００左右。如
果真是１０００，今年夏天岂不是海量Ｓｐｉｌｌｏｖｅｒ？！
