，显得更开阔些。 我犹豫要不要把这个门给加上，趁这次家里所有门都换的时候。
加上的好处是女儿在living room弹钢琴时不吵到family room和里面的人，若偶尔有同
学来，也可门一关，他们单独在living room 和dining room玩，privacy好些。坏处是
加道门，显得不那么开阔。

单身wsn，工作几年了，由于工资还可以，税前15万左右，所在城市房价不高，也没什
么开销，就在所在城市的suburban最好的学区买了两套投资房（平均房价在35w左右的
地方），租金都能cover每个月的mortgage，两个加起来有正的现金流可能一个月1500
刀左右。我现在用这个赚的1500刀房租自己在公司旁边租了一个比较好的2bedrooms公
寓。
最近有点想找女朋友，把未来的相处对象带回公寓觉得有点不好，就想一次到位买个大
房以后结婚用。问了我上次买房的老美agent，他说我的贷款可能会有问题，因为那两
个出租的house我还有四十几万的贷款没有还上，两个房子倒是价值在七十万左右，不
想refin从里面拿cash出来。

放外套用的。一般都摆上个沙发方便放外套。然后客人主要在厨房和family room
活动。走的时候再去living room取衣服。
看来有个living room还是很有必要啊 |

我家 Living room 放 Piano. 来的人有部分人喜欢单独聊天的，在 living room 聊天
。 也可以看电视，听钢琴弹奏。挺好的。
卡拉Ok是在 Family room。Open to kitchen. 我最喜欢的 floor plan: living room,
family room on the first floor. family room open to the kitchen. |

可我又一次面临这个老掉牙的选择题：要不要把他送回国一年呢？
发现怀老大时，刚毕业开始新工作不久，和LG正ｌｏｎｇ ｄｉｓｔａｎｃｅ。我独自
熬过了孕期。孩子出生了，由于我实在舍不得把他送回国，妈妈和公婆轮流帮忙了一年
多，孩子也在９个月大时上了ｄａｙｃａｒｅ，我总算没有错过他的成长。虽然不容易
，我始终认为那是非常正确的决定。
老二到来的时候，生活好一点了，但ＬＧ刚开始新工作不久，双方老人年纪也都不小，
不能独自带孩子做家务了。六个月的产假马上就要到头，大家又开始劝我们把孩子送回
国一年：据说，在国内请保姆要容易一点；而且毕竟六个月的宝宝上ｄａｙｃａｒｅ太
小了。
我不甘心，想找live-in nanny。我们这里小地方，中国人少，不过有人通过中介从海
外找，也有当地的白人nanny。老人反对，理由是我们上班，老大上学时，不能把一个
家和一个小宝宝交到陌生人手里。ＬＧ则担心和live-in nanny的相处问题。

经常觉得GROW WITH KIDS挺好的。跟着娃学到了很多东西。。。好比玩水啊，好比欣赏
钢琴啊。甚至是数学，跟着娃的数学进度，重新审视了一下从前的数学知识，居然发现
了新的角度，算是学到。
当然了，还有一个很相似的概念，叫LIVE THROUGH KIDS。让娃圆自己未圆的梦。这个
都知道，娃成了木偶，丧失了自主的权利。好比此二例：未成为职业网球手的TIM和爬
藤未遂的JEFF。

电脑过去Windows XP 上原来一直装的是 MSN Messenger,进行视频很简单。
可是最近操作系统换成了Windows Vista,说MSN Messenger要升级，谁知升级后变成了
Windows Live Messenger. 怎么在Windows Live Messenger里进行视频呀？没有菜单可
选呀！在conversation 的地方有一个"Video Message", 可是那只是录video,然后把
video 文件发给对方，不是实时的视频。快恨死微软了，东西做的越来越大，越来越难
用。

600,000, SFH for over 1 million
Those are good schools. But, I have friend/neighbor still put her daughter
at private school, moved to a 2 million dollar house after lived in that
neighborhood for over 10 years. They are rich family, bought a grand piano
when the girl was just a newborn. They think private school is better, with

回答楼上：律师要$1600。公司如果提供group legal plan的话一定要先enroll了再

电脑过去Windows XP 上原来一直装的是 MSN Messenger,进行视频很简单。
可是最近操作系统换成了Windows Vista,说MSN Messenger要升级，谁知升级后变成了
Windows Live Messenger. 怎么在Windows Live Messenger里进行视频呀？没有菜单可
选呀！在conversation 的地方有一个"Video Message", 可是那只是录video,然后把
video 文件发给对方，不是实时的视频。快恨死微软了，东西做的越来越大，越来越难
用。

朋友那边是很久不用的xp机器，用windows live messenger 试图跟我视频，
我能看到听到对方，而对方看不到我，该显示图像的地方是一个大叉画在一
个摄像头的icon上面。不知道是什么原因。
我这边是win7，最新更新的windows essential。
对方是老年人，当年在学校里面照顾我的host family，他们也不太懂电脑，为了
看看我家娃，折腾一晚上搞不定很烦躁。
我用了家里一个旧的xp，不同的两个messenger 帐号试图视频，
也遇到一样的问题。重新更新了最新版本的messenger，还是一样。
怎么办呢？
过去几年，每半年一年左右想起来一次跟host family视频一下，
每次都遇到这种问题，基本上windows live messenger一段时间没用，版本或

I noticed that when I use IE to navigate to windows live services like
hotmail or spaces, my windows live messenger will be fired up.
