half of the bedroom. For example, if a 1b/1b apartment is 600, then
the bedroom is 400 and the living is 200.
But actually you will find it hard to find a deal of living room with $200.
Why? This is determinated by the housing market.
If every month you can save half ($200) by living in livingroom, then
everyone wants to sacrifice his or her privacy to look for living-room.

和livingroom都是铺的地毯，familyroom下面是slab地基(concrete)，
livingroom下面是basement，不喜欢diningroom和hallway地板的颜色。
（图画的不好，没有按照比例，只做示意）
打算把familyroom和livingroom全部换成地板，不知道如何操作为好。
有这样的几个选择，
1、打掉diningroom和hallway的旧地板，重新铺finished的地板。
2、在familyroom和livingroom铺unfinished的地板，铺完后，连同
diningroom和hallway一起打磨，然后上色。
3、在familyroom和livingroom铺finished的地板，然后只打磨dining
room和hallway并上尽量跟familyroom和livingroom相同的颜色。
4、。。。
马上就要决定了，请大家帮忙出一下主意，看怎样做比较practical。

1.peninsula的话，
2.kitchen与livingroom之间的墙打掉，但是留着几根poles。。不放beam。
这两种因为通过区比较小，所以kitchen和livingroom之间装一个护栏。
我知道宠物店肯定有这类东西。。HD或漏丝应该也独有吧
但是
如果准备弄island的话，那可能就不行了。
不过，还是可以装全透明的高大上的玻璃移门的。不是那种frenchdoor。或者有种
foldable sliding doors（四块门）倒是也不错。不过这两种价格都很贵。。10k-15k
左右。。。

一阵天气转凉， 房间里赫然多乐几只大苍蝇。飞来飞去， 很烦人。
要打死吧， 一来挺不容易的， 苍蝇乱飞， 又很灵敏， 而且那么大
个苍蝇， 打破乐一定很pukable. 所以一直隐忍不动。
天气越来越冷乐。 但是偶坚持不开暖气， 因为偶想把这些苍蝇活活冻
死。 偶睡在bedroom里， 和livingroom有扇门。 于是偶把门先关上，
把livingroom里的灯开着， 先在bedroom里躲会儿。 片刻后出来， 果然
发现苍蝇们正围着灯取暖呢。 于是偶打开窗户， 关掉灯， 关掉bedroom
的门， 继续进去睡觉。 早上起来一看， 可黏的苍蝇， 果然被冻坏乐，

房屋是2bedroom的，livingroom也比较宽敞。交通尤其方便，里路线Bline的
sutterland 走路只需要2分钟. 走到BC的shuttle bus站也只需要五分钟。
我在这边已经住了一年半了，因为合约是从2009年12月份开始签的，所以价格真的是很
便宜，只要$1200,而且包括heat和hot water。房子从6月20号开始可以入住，到了今年
12月，你如果觉得愿意，可以再跟房东签约，价格也是不变的。
在这栋公寓里，我的房租是最便宜的，户型也比较好，很适合跟人合租，超低的价钱学
生也能负担。

多谢大家的回复。
Family Room 里面放电视DVD和家庭影院系统。
我现在说的是客厅（LivingRoom)。 不打算看电视。能减少线的量当然是好的。但关键
是要直接接MP3就可以放的那种系统。估计那种比较高大好看的音箱都要功放？也都很贵？（俺的标准，见笑）
如果没有好的系统的话，800-1000刀预算如何？多谢。 |

onkyo HT-S7200 7.1 hometheater systme
这个HT-S7200包括了
两个 front spekaer，一个center，一个sub woofer
还有2个surround speaker，2个surround back speaker
发现livingroom后面空间很窄
可以把surround back speaker放在living room前面，当front high speaker
用吗？
请指教

上次在DEALER那里我听了KLIMAX SOLO推ROCKPORT ANTARES，觉得非常好。在同样的价
位，后来听了CONSTELLATION的入门级AMP，Centaur推同样的喇叭，在音质上
CONSTELLATION大胜。。。
但是。。。Centaur体积和重量是SOLOS的好多倍，还要考虑到散热等等。。我如果今天
要买AMP我还是会选择SOLOS。因为SOLOS更好在LIVINGROOM摆放，我宁愿牺牲一些
QUALITY，而且放在客厅我可以有更多的机会听音乐。。。如果买Centaur就一定要自己
的听音房间，对很多人来说并不现实。。
人生到处都要妥协，就要看每个人的PRIORITY了。
