快生了还是贫血厉害的话就输一种什么药boost一下（最后也没用）。

基本上我各项指标都低，尤其MCV，OB也说不出来为什么这么低。这是我35周的数据了
，孕早期贫得更厉害，HGB大概在8.3左右。最后生的时候蛮顺利，半小时push出来，当
然生完了有些虚，被护士从产房推到病房的时候我坐在轮椅上抱着娃（用了些力气），
就突然觉得虚，头有点晕，倒也没出状况。
当然可能我其他健康指标都正常，OB就没有建议特别的补。我的情况给你做个参考，具
体还是要听从OB建议吧。

2008年底我们抵达Buenos Aries的当晚，LD当地的朋友就来接我们。为欢迎我们他们专
门还搞个Asado. Asado就是老美的barbecue. 我们旅馆定在了市区，人家两个人还专程
跑大老远来接我们，他们工薪阶层一般都住很远的城外（BA城很大，可能就是三环四环
外的概念），要坐火车坐几站。人好热情，就是拉美那种自然的warmth, 当然一见面就

发帖数: 236 | 43 99年的，下了以后一直没有热情看，昨晚终于花时间补了课。感觉还可以，特别是对欧洲
文明进行了无情的讽刺^_^当巴格达的国王们住在宏大壮丽的皇宫时，北欧的国王们住在
小木屋里面。在文化上，当阿拉伯人可以draw sounds的时候，北欧人估计连文字
都还没有。卫生习惯上，当时的欧洲人居然多人混用一盆水洗脸加漱口，Ahmed当时惊讶
的表情就跟欧洲人后来看到土著一样;)
故事的情节则比较单调，人物塑造也较单薄，13个warriors没有一个高大全的人物。不过
影片的音乐还不错，结尾的时候warriors的誓词也很悲壮。

this is very very complicated stuff. bascially
lo-z (z is impedence) mic can be connected to
a lo-z mixer directly using an XLR cable. but
if you hook it up to your guitar amp it won't
sound right because guitar amp needs hi-z input,
so you can buy a lo-z>hi-z transformer to make
it work that way. or you can buy a hi-z mic
to connect directly. the problem w/ that is
guitar amp doesn't use XLR (in case you wonder

玫瑰同学这首Tchau Amiga我是非常喜欢滴。本想革命性地弄成个中国古典味儿，按自
己的想法弹了几遍听了下，结果就是。。。。。。纯破坏无节操惨不忍睹啊。当时就放
弃了。今儿看到版大作品觉得有个一窝蜂的炒作机会，想想还是放出来继续给这首歌拉
高人气。于是翻出几个月前的几次弹唱拼接起来的。玫瑰同学表骂我哈。如果能弹唱分
