乌冬的还没到. 绿豆粉那个是细条的,不是想象的宽粉,改天吃一下,看看和龙口粉丝那
些比如何.如果差不多,就是买多了,大家吸取教训啦
今天试了下 lo mein 和 soba. 形状是长扁平型的,所以不合适焖面了.改天wudong 来
了再试焖面. 今天就拿这2个 煮了吃了一下. 图片见附件1
搞了个炸酱, 用的黄酱 ,试了下传说中的小碗干炸.这个据说是不放水活酱的,以前从来
没试过,因为油多不健康。赶上amazon这次 in的flax seed 和 生芝麻油 (不是咱们的
香油,买错了,但是本身没味道的) 都是健康油，就用这2种加了点新到的花生油xie了下
干黄酱，试一下大盆干炸，呵呵够我吃一周的了。伴了酱的面见附件2
说一下感jiao， 先说油，还是花生的香，放一点就体会到了。除了olive oil 其他油
没特重的怪味，当然也可能我炸酱的原因，酱的味道重。就不知道flax 和sesame 高温
炒菜合适不了。反正这次活在酱里面不算高温。

are not standard and self invented. omaha and stud can be 8 or better for
low or any low.. Now come to think of it.. there are actually more than 10
games. Holdem is not one of them. Also, for hi-lo, you have to declare it in the end and one more betting round. If you go both way, and lose one you lose the whole pot. this is different from standard hi-lo game and it adds a bit more variation. just listen to the name of |

可怕的状态阿！然而，世上大多数人正是处于这种状态之中。
一个人在今生所当解决的最大问题就是，到底他属于神不是。「您是更新重生了或不是
呢？」这才是关键，因为基督透过尼哥底母告诉我们:「我实实在在的告诉你，人若不重
生就不能见神的国」（约翰福音3:3）。可见一个人的永远命运像是放在天平上，就看你

什么叫做更新重生呢？更新重生就是神的圣灵将那来自神的属灵生命，传递给一个原先
