禁枪要挑战宪法第二修正案，禁lobby要挑战宪法第一修正案。
宪法第一修正案规定了民众有向政府情愿的权力，这个是lobby合法存在的法理基础。
lobby同时也是言论自由和结社自由的产物。
从实际运行上看，lobby算不上赤裸裸的腐败，但是有很多灰色地带，比如“旋转门”
现象，一个议员退休之后变成lobbyist帮助以前自己投票支持的利益集团去游说自己的
前同事，从而为自己拿到高达上百万的年薪，这个很有问题，需要进一步立法解决。
从利益团体方面来说，lobby的花费比直接贿赂要高的多的多.......
目前状况下，估计只能进一步加强立法和监管，让lobby更透明化，而不是消灭它。
在目前的技术条件下，想消灭lobby，估计只有国家小型化才行，美国太大，太复杂了。

之前就有传闻说闯爷知道9-11真相，今天又看到小道消息说闯爷要重查9-11，真是非常
欢欣鼓舞。空穴不来风，希望闯爷说到做到。
为什么9-11需要重查？疑点太多。
1. 双塔倒塌方式，如果是燃油流下来，火是往上烧，要塌也是一点点塌，不会轰然倒
塌。
2. 没被撞的第七塔也倒了。
3. 有人在事发前做空航空股
4. 阿拉伯世界没有恐袭美国足够的动机，这样的袭击法相当于自取灭亡，不合逻辑。

美国攻击伊拉克，但继续维持和沙特良好关系，完全不合逻辑。本拉登是沙特人，拿的

前不久我小孩晚上生病去ER，去之前还专门打电话给保险公司确认ER是In-Network，交
了150的copay，医生看了下，开了个药，在那里呆了1个小时不到。结
果还是收到好几百的账单，说是ER是In-Network，但是看病的医生确是Out-Network。
现在还在
appeal，这就是美国医疗的现实。
还有一次去家庭医生处体检，医生是韩裔，我问他为什么医疗这么贵，他直接了当地说
因为美国的医疗系统是以盈利为目的的，现在保险公司和医保计划好几百种，每一种都
是不同的议价，光是搞清楚帐单都要雇用大量的人员。采用single payer，光这一项立
马就可以节省billions，可见其中浪费有多大！
盈利的private insurance和公益的社保是不冲突的，许多发达国家都是在社保的基础
上有private insurance，你有钱可以自己买更好的保险。但现在美国的情况是，一谈
政府run的医保，就全面反对，走到了另外一个极端。
