讲到Chinese buffet是因为我想吃中餐的时候就会去吃.反正美国也没有什么正宗的中
国菜, 而且很便宜. 要吃正宗的中国菜只能回国吃. Flushing的北京烤鸭和北京的烤鸭
王完全不在一个档次.
我都说了我以前出差75%, outback,red lobster,long horn,texas road house这种地
方都和同事一起去了无数次了. 不会超过$40/人的. Red lobster一个tail加6ounce的
steak才$20左右吧,再加一个tail也就6刀, two sides都是free的.加diet coke,加小费
怎么可能超过$40?
而且平时我都不去这种连锁店,因为这种food每个州都差不多,出差两周去两次顶多了.
要去都是去local比较有名的,但不是连锁店的那种.
实际上我原来公司的dinner guide就是40刀,除非比较好的饭店或者是日本餐你要点多
一点shasimi的,或者你特别想吃的好点才会超过,比方你冷菜要个prosciutto
或者一打oyster, 否则一般不会超过的. |

大丰收。此次超量供应在斯托宁顿尤其明显。斯托宁顿是一个大西洋沿岸群岛上的渔村
。当地的龙虾“上岸量”，即捕捞量，为缅因州之最。
然而，老天的此次馈赠也给渔民们带来了麻烦。相对温暖的冬天使得软壳龙虾在六月份
就出现了，这比往年提前了约一个月，而原本的供应充足，如今却变成了产量过剩。
这给从海洋到餐桌的食物供应链带来了巨大的积压库存。而对于渔民来说，供需规律导
致龙虾价格下降到40年的最低点。
在当地的一个龙虾合作社，上周龙虾的收购价格降至每磅1.35元美元（另外还有每磅70
美分的红利，会在后半年支付），而去年同期，收购价格约为每磅3.8美元，有的时候
是4美元。
对于一些渔民来讲，如此的低价几乎不能覆盖他们出海的成本，他们被迫不分昼夜的工
作，希望能通过提高捕捞量来弥补价格上的损失。

月可以入住，家具齐全。
房子是个house，三间卧室都在二楼，有洗衣机和烘干机，下面是大客厅和厨房。小区
很安静，没什么外人，停车位也足够。小区很安全，我经常10点以后倒垃圾。其中一位
室友加班成瘾，有段时间10点前都不屑回来。房间很大，我摆了两个桌子，一个书架，
一张床，一个小沙发，还空了好大地方。有一个独立的储藏室并且。
以下是生活介绍。
由于楼主没车，以下时间均为步行时间。基本上以家为圈，所谈到地方不会超过步行15
分钟的圆，走得慢20分钟也到了。
北：
北面走路15分钟是一个很大的Mall（EastBridge Mall），里面有传说中的涛味Seafood
Buffet。曾经两个伯克利过来的朋友点名要去吃，所以我假设它还算有点名气。周末
午餐轻轻松松排一个小时的队。同时还有麦当劳，Subway，Frozen Yogurt等等一系列
小店。
