快到30k了，保养要300多块，发现自己warranty也过了，8月份刚换过胎做过rotation
，state inspection也刚做过，然后8月份有个小碰擦，换了 bumper，radiator，前几
天toyota recall说有些车suspension啥地方可能有问题，我也去免费查了下没问题。
我还问了dealer，说是有些项目即使我之前刚做过，这次他们不做，价格也不会降低，真
是坑爹，霸王！！！！！！
现在30k的保养项目包括以下这些，请问哪些最好事要做的呢？我当然是想安全放心点
啦~~~但是确实有点贵，而且有些service跟刚做过的重复了。。。。。

我感觉不一定要按照手册去做。原因很简单。这个手册不管你在东北还是在南加州都是
同样一个手册。可是两个地方自然条件差别很大。比如说lubricate chasis，在东北就
是必须的，可是在南加起码不用那么频繁。
我看过一个在东北的人把自己3年新的mdx架起来照相，下面藏得很，不少黄褐色的锈迹
。可是我的已经7年了，底下干净的很，和新车一样。
所以我倒是不认为要完全按照手册。搞明白哪个维护是做什么的，然后自己决定是否要
做，是否不要做。 |

前段时间假期开车踩刹车时总是听见金属摩擦的声音，初步诊断是刹车片磨损严重需要
更换。去Sears检查咨询之后，换两个前刹车片需要$200左右。恰逢假期时间充裕又及

今天本来打算更换刹车盘rotor，怎奈长时间未动的刹车盘已经粘的太紧密，难度超过
我的预期，没有拆下来，又不舍的用大锤子砸，手头又缺乏bolts和除dust的fluid，只
好暂时放弃rotor更换计划，只待时间充裕时再狠心抡锤砸。
此次冒泡为应广大版民要求，补发换刹车片全程照片。

What happened was that your brake caliper pin was not lubricated properly
and is somewhat stuck. What you need to do is to take those caliper out,
clean them, and put new lubricant on. |

2) use a thick nail or screw driver and a hammer to hammer out the pin that
secure the door. Clean old grease off it. Spray dry lubricant in the hinge
and on the pin. Put the pin back.Usually there are 3 pins for each door. You
can do one each time and it won't make the door fall off.

Few weeks later the door's having problem again (can only open half way), I
adjust the pull force to open it, but then decided to do some research and
figure out broken spring is behind the trouble.
If you have a single door or your door is relatively light weighted, even if
the spring is broken, the motor can still open/close but that's not good

是不相信那套伪科学，但买来纯粹按摩用，5-10分钟，确实消除疲劳。
可是一年前我去做eye exam，跟医生提起这玩意，她建议我不要用，因为那种震荡式的
按摩会对眼睛不利，结果我扔了。医生给我开一种通用眼药水，用来消除dry eye，俗
称“人工眼泪”，美国人都用这个。她给我开的是她认为最好最没副做用的。名字如下

左右随便看，总得更多带上头一块转，我觉得长期戴眼镜的人突然取下眼镜，眼神总是
怪怪的，无神发直，原因可能就是在此吧。长期戴眼镜还会在鼻梁上留下一道印子，很

滑油。在自行车其他地方要慎重使用。千万不要进到像车轮轴（hubs，bottom
brackets,headsets...）里影响里面的润滑油的功能。如果只是螺丝，一般的home
depot卖的那种工具用的Lubricant oil就可以啦，车上其他地方可以用dry Lubricant
，没那么脏。 |

but recently I found the new engine oil can be used for reel lubrication.
and the used engine oil can be used for hook protection.

your gun is lubricant and clean.
Federal may have some FTE after 100 rounds every time. It is better to
clean and lubricant the magazine every 100 rounds. Rapid shoot will reduce
the FTE percentage btw.
Never buy Remington, it is a very dirty ammo. |

洗完后不需要加润滑油？

这是清洗液
这两种东西都说明有害健康，对塑料橡胶甚至护木有腐蚀性，那么要戴什么手套才能操
作呢？
有没有更好的东西能清洗润滑两用，无毒，不腐蚀？ |
