The concept might come from a real life technique to induce lucid dreams.
Some people will teach you to look at your hands very often during the day,
so that when you are dreaming, you also look at your hands, which normally
become blurred, then you know you're dreaming.

己在做梦，Inception里的盗梦小组基本上都是在清明梦里活动。
从导演诺兰的访谈中可以知道他早到16岁就有清明梦经历了，他获得清明梦主要是通过
浅睡状态下的半明梦技巧。将这种经历拍成电影是他多年的一个夙愿，而且在TDK大获
成功后他终于可以实现这个夙愿，真替他高兴，祝贺他。
剧本的故事性很精彩，给观众展现了一个超震撼的梦的世界，除了梦的经验外，还加上
导演天马行空而又慎密的想象力，里面有些理念是清明梦固有的，有些是诺兰自创的，
而有些甚至是诺兰故意混淆的，蚂蚁在此将现实中的清明梦和影片比较一下，也许能帮
我们更进一步了解诺兰的构思。
陀螺？
影片中梦和现实几无分别，在几次梦梦醒醒出出进进后如何分辨自己是在梦里还是现实
成了头号悬疑，整个影片基于一个假设：陀螺如果能一直不停转就是梦境，否则就是现
实。然而在真正的清明梦里，这是一个不充分的伪验梦，陀螺不停转的确是梦境，但是
陀螺停下来却不一定是现实。真正充分有效的验梦必须是现实中永远做不到，梦中每次
都做得到的动作，比如扳指法。

什么是清明梦？
清明梦(Lucid Dream)是指知道自己在做梦的梦，并且当意识到自己在梦里时，可以改
变梦境。通过练习，还能够对自己的梦完全掌控的程度。你能创造任何脑中能想到的东
西，改变环境，甚至可以改变自己的外貌，和亚伯拉罕林肯聊天，或者飞跃大峡谷。
最早的清明梦的记载可以追溯到五世纪，是St.Augustine在公元415年写的一封信。另
一个著名的关于清明梦的记载来自于八世纪西藏喇嘛写的一本关于死亡的书。喇嘛记录

那些超常的事可不是幻象，我原来在国内就接触过修行后出现超常能力的人，不光是入

忆元素构建起来的，和做梦差不多。
因为深度入定，平时dominant的感官信号极度削弱，而且，主动意识被自觉放弃了。入
定（祈祷），就是把平时在意识最高端的自主意识放弃。这样，潜意识，低级大脑活动
就开始take over。这些记忆，潜意识里的碎片就relatively成为dominant信号了，所
以感觉就是”真实“的（在基督教就是感受”灵“了）。
这种体验就反映这个个体的文化，传统的背景，个体的解释也是在这个背景之下。李本
身教育不高，所以，他经历的也就是些传统文化的神话迷信的东西，他要从没听说过耶
稣基督教，他绝不会谈到。脑子也没法儿做无米之炊啊。
基督徒的预设概念是上帝，耶稣十字架，所以他们冥想（深祷）头脑经历的东西，就在
这个context里解释了。就这么简单。
所以，所谓灵界，其实是放弃自主意识后大脑的低级autonomous的活动，感觉是不是从
己而来，有种otherness的感觉，似乎是神奇的。其实就是自己。
