1：事实之一：1945年前，北韩的流亡政府临时大本营主要是莫斯科，而南韩的则是在中
国上海和重庆。李承晚就像咱们的孙大炮，大部分时间是在海外摇旗呐喊，比大炮还不如
的是，不仅在海外反日近40年，还讨了个德国老婆（外F？），1945后建立南韩政权之后，
竟然反潮流大规模启用日伪旧式人员，杀人之外，在统一议题上，还表现出张牙舞爪的形
象。不像金胖子在战火中一步步地成长，所以公正地讲，当时战前在韩国本土民间的实际
影响力金胖比李承晚坚固。
2：事实之二：韩战是金胖子主动挑起的。
1）军事上有恃无恐：在战争爆发前，朝鲜和韩国方面的军事力量对比为：兵力2:1，火
炮2:1，机枪7:1，半自动步枪13:1，坦克6.5:1，飞机6:1，朝鲜人民军方面占据绝

据来源是世行。中国年均GDP增幅是5.22%，在这104年个国家里排到44位，算是中上。
作为对比，同期世界各国GDP增幅平均为4.96%。
也就是说，在中国仍然搞计划经济的这18年里，在中国拿出大量人力物力财力开发大杀
器的时候，在中国大搞阶级斗争文化革命的这个年代里，中国经济增长速度依然是高于
世界大多数国家的。如果这样的经济也能被形容为“陷入经济崩溃边缘”，那岂不是全
世界大多数国家都已经掉悬崖里摔死几遍了？
再来看第二组数据，同样是世界银行的数据。选了1980-2008这28年。中国GDP年均增速
高达9.91%，是世界同期平均增速的近三倍，在全球所有国家里遥遥领先。所以说，改
革开放也不是说一片黑暗，光看这个数据就很喜人嘛，至少优于1961-1978年期间的表
现。所以说，批判改革开放的时候，也要承认改革开放的确是有成绩的。当然现在的突
出矛盾是，没有人要否认改开导致经济总量增长，只是对这个经济增长的代价巨大感到

香港的全球排名大跌至第33位。国际形象在“占中”运动后每况愈下的现实在香港社会
敲响警钟。
人力资源管理顾问ECAInternational制作的该排行榜评估全球450个城市的气候、医疗
服务可负担程度、住房、基建、人身安全以及空气质量等因素，综合得出城市的宜居程
度。调查发现，香港的吸引力下降16个位次，跌至第33位，同属亚洲区的主要竞争对手
新加坡在全球及亚洲区均排名榜首。
最近几个月的“占领运动”令社会及政治气氛紧张，影响交通和市民生活，令香港在社
会政治的得分下降。香港的政治不稳定性可能还会影响未来排名，与新加坡的差距越来
越大。与此同时，法国里昂证券的一份消费者研究报告称，日本和法国将取代香港成中
国内地游客的最爱。
香港《南华早报》23日称，里昂证券的一份消费者调查咨询约400名内地游客，其中约
4成游客表示“占中”对他们造成某种影响。报告预计，香港从2013年到2020年的游客
总体增长只有4%，香港对内地游客态度转趋冷淡，是导致内地游客将舍弃香港改而前赴

五十个地区的整体生活质素。评估的生活环境因素包括：气候、医疗服务、住房及公用
事业、隔离程度、社交网络与娱乐设备、基础建设、个人安全、政治气氛以及空气质素
等。
报告指出，多伦多位居北美榜首，得益于她良好的空气质素、稳定基建、合适的医疗配
套、低犯罪率及低健康风险等因素。
排第二的则是爱尔兰首都都柏林，空气、基建、低犯罪率，都是该城市吸引北美外派雇
员的重要原因。
