Before we go on and jump in to say this 40MP is the best trick that ever
happened, kindly take note of the following technical shooting restrictions:
1) Tripod use is Mandatory. And you need a sturdy one too.
2) Shutter speed slowest = 8sec
3) Aperture smallest limit = F8
4) ISO limit = 1600 highest
5) Flash sync limited to 1/20sec (due to the use of electronic shutter)
6) All Olympus unique features are disabled: HDR, Time Lapse, Highlight &
; Shadow, Art Filters, Live Bulb, etc.

"A source told me that Sony is testing a High Resolution mode that works
just like on the Olympus E-M5II. The sensor takes multiple shots in slightly
different positions moved by the stabilization system and then combines
time in one High Res Picture. The source told me he saw it creating 48.9 MP
images on the fly. Of course that features works fine when shooting still

released in Spring 2016 and all the specs shown on the image make me think
that this is the A-mount FF camera I would like to get from Sony!
