我喜欢观察城市表面的那一层，广告啊，门脸啊，店名啊，它们看起来独立于人，但无
不显露人的习性、他们自己都看不见的潜意识以及难以逆转的时代走向。
我最近走在南方某城的大街上，一眼扫过去，不说满大街漂染的黄发，中央电视台的主
持人都褪其本色，余下的可想而知。
预 计“乌发如漆”、“青丝成雪”、“绀发垂云俱弱冠”、“待你青丝绾正，铺十里
红妆可愿”这些词句将从汉语语文中消失了；也不说上天入地躲不掉的洋面孔广告 —
—标志、面孔、硕大无比、无处不在，卖货是次，入主为真（人面与崇拜，古人都懂的
事），堪比一支直捣腹地的军团；就说店铺的名字，恐怕也比三十年代半殖 民地的上
海要洋化，洋化不光是西洋化，还有各种回教标志的阿拉伯化（北京连东来顺都涂成绿
色写上阿拉伯文），令人不知走在一个什么文明的土地上。
店名有直接用外文的，有些小店主估计未必通晓外文，拷贝下来就贴上去了，西洋字母

外国人及台湾同胞进入西藏，都需要办理旅藏确认函，就是常说的入藏函，台胞称呼入
藏纸，英文名称：Tibet Travel Permit。
外国人旅藏的有关规定
根据国家旅游局规定，外国旅游者、台湾游客和海外华人(香港、澳门居民持中国特区
护照或回乡证者除外)在藏期间不允许自行旅游，不论客人人数多少，必须有组织、有
计划地组团旅游。入藏函是指非中国公民、非中国护照持有者、非中国公民身份证持有
者，进入藏区需要办理进藏签证。
哪些人需要办理“入藏旅游批准函”？
1、非中国公民身份证持有者－中国台湾的游客；
2、非中国护照持有者－外籍护照持有者。
注：海外华人若无中国护照也需办理“入藏旅游批准函”。
注：现已取消港澳地区人员进藏旅游必须提供“入藏旅游批准函”的规定。港澳游客持
中国特区护照、“港澳同胞回乡证”（1998年以前签发，有效期10年）或“港澳居民来

但是有一个疑问，去年的时候我同学在英国转机，回美国的时候中国边检不让上飞机，
原因就只是因为她没有英国护照。我担心回我美国的时候中国边检会不会还是不放行。
