首先脚的位置不知道怎么放，free weight把杠铃拿下来，脚自然就在那了，可是smith
machine杆子固定，所以如果脚前后不一样，受重的角度会有区别。不知道是不是因为
这个原因，每次练下来酸胀部位会不一样。有的时候在屁股，有的时候在大腿前面。
再问一个general问题，我现在故意往低里蹲，但是起来的时候，如果重量比较大，会
不自觉屁股先撅起来，然后drive其他部位归位，这样是不是不太对？ |

向我买了以后就会用gauge更大的线，想想反正有机器不用花钱穿。最后
断线更快，买线的钱更多。而且有了machine你会想尝试更多的线。
所以算这个账没什么意思，自己喜欢玩就上吧。那个X2还有好多线送的，
扣掉线的钱大概100多而已。 |

发帖数: 10373 | 17 今天晚上一口气绑了两支拍子。从剪旧线，拔旧线，裁新线，固定，穿线，上rubber
band dampener从头到尾花了1.5小时。比第一次光穿一只的线就用了1.5小时快多了~~
从去年八月买的stringing machine开始，到现在差不多半年了，共用了12次，而且这
段时间还只是off season。从三月到八月，就开始kswiss league和usta了，应该用得
更频繁，如果能绑得更快一点，那么每次正式比赛都用新绑的线，就perfect了，象pro
一样，呵呵 :) 估计这一年下来25~30次跑不掉,使用率大大超过预期。

当然就是省了绑线的钱和等待的时间,而且vely vely flexible.自己想什么时候绑，怎
样绑都随心所欲。
curse:
买了machine后，不知是不是心理作用，觉得绑线方便了，结果打断线的频率也比以前
远远增多了。绑线的钱省了，但线的钱还是要出呀~~ 唉，这样绑下去，新买的那三大

load balance things.

to manage.
For RAID, you can buy an external RAID, which will also make your life simpler.

但是有各自的动机，所以某些时候即使等价还是不要混在一起
比如对于贝叶斯理论，对于先验分布的选取，在很多时候就可以等价成regularization
的一个term，比如大家熟知的高斯先验，等价于L2 norm的constraint。拉普拉斯分布
的先验，等价于L1 norm的constraint。由此引申出一个好问题，L0 norm的constraint
等价于什么先验分布？我想过很久，似乎没什么好结论。
machine learning本质上可以分为generative和discriminative两个方向，SVM属于
discriminative，而Bayesian视为gen服务的，不一样
至于feature，都知道这是最重要的，不管gen还是dis，没有好feature，后面都胡扯了
