2 个蛋
3/4 杯糖
6 tbs 奶油， 熔化
1个tbs 柠檬或橙汁
1个tbs 柠檬或橙的zest
做法:预热烤箱375F。 用搅拌器搅拌蛋和糖4-3min放柠檬或橙汁及柠檬或橙zest
之后,分批
放入奶油和面粉搅拌均。 让混合料rest10分钟, 然后用匙子放入
烤盘里的每个模子。
烘烤12出分钟，
特点:奶油味浓厚
是一道非常适合喝下午茶时吃的甜点 |
